Friendly staff. However, The original flooring is absolutely disgusting. Stop polishing what can no longer be polished and upgrade this store please. There is never more than 1 checkout clerk at a time which can be infuriating. Pay the employees properly and stop cutting corners. They also added a gate on entry which implies every customer is a criminal. Yeah, this QFC sucks in particular. Try a little Kroger, before you dodge another lease like you did with the nearby Fred Meyer. 2025

The employees at the store are not friendly or helpful-it’s hard to even find a smile on one of the faces of the staff. There is one young lady that works in the deli and a young man that works part time between floral and cashier that are an exception to this review. Those two are the only employees that show an active interest in the customers experience, are helpful and appear to enjoy their job. Most staff in all departments, you will get curt responses and bare minimum assistance. The employees seem put out by any request for help and act as if they’re inconvenienced when asked a question. Majority of the cashiers look down their nose at customers and customer service appears to be a foreign concept or they just choose to ignore using the main skill necessary for the job title. Overall,the store is staffed by people with negative vibes and employees from night stockers to managers have poor attitudes, are far from approachable and portray a true distaste for being at their jobs.

The employees here are always mean. The deli workers always look exausted. There's never enough cashiers. Prices are high. Safeway is doing a lot better than QFC to be honest. Just avoid Broadway in Everett at all cost. It's getting worse by the minute.

Came here with my son to buy flowers and Susan was an Angel. Wrapped up my bouquet and even gave some balloons to my son to take home to his brothers. Thank you.

QFC a grocery store located in the heart of Downtown Everett. While it boasts a wide range of products and competitive prices, the experience can be marred by the atmosphere surrounding the store The staff are minimal, because they need 2 security per 1 clerk.
the experience is significantly affected by the presence of sketchy individuals both inside and outside the store. Often, there are people loitering in front of the store, creating an uneasy environment for shoppers. This issue extends inside, where some customers can be seen engaging in suspicious behavior.
For those considering shopping here, it’s wise to stay alert and be prepared for an unconventional shopping experience. While the store offers good products at reasonable prices, the unsettling atmosphere may outweigh the benefits for some.

Lots of new security gates and everything since the last time I was in there. I honestly worried about what would happen in an emergency whether or not people could get out safely or not.

JUST CALL CORPORATE This store has an extremely judgemental manager who does not display proper managerial skills and has demonstrated on several occasions poor and inadequate customer service skills. Add a pharmacist with a never ending attitude and u get an all around bad expirence
