The room card didn't work properly. The space between the door jam was so big we just used our card to open it up as if you were braking in. Showed the attendant and he didn't seem concerned. The beds are just covered up filthy foam mattresses. Probably the worst I've ever seen staying in a room. The as advertised breakfast was ding dongs, old bread, and cheap boxed orange flavored drink.

2 nights over 400 this place is disgusting garbage and a condom on the floor when we got in bathroom had hair all over the side of the shower. My bed was broken so I couldn't even sleep on it . Showed pics to front desk When asked about it the front desk just gave me attitude and didn't care. I tried finding a different place to stay but everywhere was booked for the days we needed. Please do not Stay here . Breakfast cereal stale toast juice machine broken down Ihave numerous pictures. And dont trust the owners comments they are all the same and nothing has changed

My opinion, the key fob to my door didn't work half the time, I was only there two full days. Whoever was up on the 2nd floor, had a dog that ran all night long with a toy...there was slamming doors all night long in the hallway. Breakfast was nothing much...it was Twinkies and tiny orange box juice for kids and toast...but nothing else. Rude employees, the toilet wasn't cleaned, there was a yellow ring inside the toilet. It was hard to sleep at night. Overall, I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible place to stay there was a condom underneath my bed that was not picked up from previous people staying in my room. There were a pair of gross slippers that were 4 sizes bugger than my feet. Sheets and blankets were itchy. Towels never smelt right. Breakfest is a joke there they dont live up to what they say. Over all the worst place ive stayed. The staff are rude. The old lady with a cand tried to say my first week there that i didnt have a room and i needed to leavr or she was calling the poliice in 5 minutes i pulled out my key card and told her whats up. She approched me VERY DISRESPECTFUL in a VERY DISRESPECTFUL TONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE UNLESS U WANT BED BUGS OR A NASTY ROOM THAT HASENT BEEN THROUGLY CLEANED!!!!!!!!!

The bathroom reeked of urine which genuinely gave me a headache. The beds were comfortable. The AC in my room was super loud. Staff kind of blew off the every question other than the cleaning personnel they were nice. Breakfast is just twinkies, cereal with spoiled milk, and cartoned orange juice. This place isn’t even worth $60.

This hotel should not advertise breakfast. They get a lot of people to book a room because of the breakfast, but they offer just Twinkies and Ho Hos. The TV in our room had a big crack, and the remote was missing. It was also very dirty. I went to three separate staff members to make sure they placed a note on this room so we wouldn't be billed, and every time they were surprised to hear about it. The lady working was the only one with decent customer service. Overall the employees seem lazy, and the lack of property maintenance clearly shows. The price is one of the cheaper places around, and in my opinion, it should be half of what it is for what you get in this place. So when you're booking, do not expect breakfast or any service. I would also not expect a TV. I was denied use of the lobby restroom. First, I was told it was in use, and then I was told I couldn't use it because it was too messy. That is insane.

Awful place. The room had a horrible smell, sticky floors, missing light and many other things. Felt unsafe there and left immediately. Staff was very rude and charged more than they were supposed to. Don't stay there it seems like a scam.

Room was clean. Drain in bathroom was sluggish. Floors in common areas were pretty dirty. Breakfast was very minimal. Overall this is not what I thought Red Lion was about. It's more like a motel 6!

I chose this hotel specifically because it offered breakfast and had great reviews - we were sadly mistaking. The juice machine was down, there was no coffee, and all they had for breakfast was toast. We could have chosen any other hotel in the area but chose this one because we thought we at least could get breakfast provided. I have tried calling the manager for the past few days and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. The man working the front desk was incredibly dismissive and insanely uncaring when it came to our grievances. On top of that, the TV in our room didn't even work! The only saving-grace was the nice lady who worked at the front desk when we checked in.
Spend your money elsewhere! Don't bother with this rip-off.

Do not stay at this property. To be fair, I did not read the reviews ahead of time and had no idea what I was walking into so it’s partly my fault for not being prepared, but I would not recommend this place to anybody. We drove from Portland and arrived late night to find this establishment. The parking lot was full of beat down cars and trash upon trash, not exaggerating. We witnessed a drug deal as well as several working women leading men into the hotel during our check-in. The front desk was not too concerned about customer service. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and I definitely felt unsafe. We opened the window to find that a part of the screen has been cut out. Concerned highly about cleanliness we had to check the bed for bedbugs, thank goodness there wasn’t any. It was so bad that we ended up booking another hotel and forfeiting our second night. Stay there please at all cost. Do not go to this establishment unless you’re looking for a paid by the hour kind of night.

Had need of a hotel room for a few days and rented here, place was more out of the way than I wished but the rates and rooms made up for it... staff was very accommodating and while the hallway needs updating, rooms were clean and modern feeling. thank you.

Me and my boyfriend booked a weekend at this hotel and showed up early for check in. Upon arrival we were told that their systems were down and they couldn’t provide us our room that we had booked prior. Apparently their systems have been down for several days and they haven’t been able to check anyone in to their room…. Overall, the receptionist was not very helpful, stating that we would need to contact the 3rd party that we had booked with for a refund and sent us away. Extremely disappointed. Will not be going back.

It did its job for what we needed. Close to the venue. Nothing noteworthy. Budget-friendly. The front desk was friendly. Promoted breakfast but did not have food in the large breakfast area. It's definitely one of the selling points

Nice and quiet place. I got a good night's sleep and was treated with respect and the staff was awesome
