Helpful. Check in store Tags for Clearance/Sales. They do promote their insoles if you have Company Vouchers and promote the exact boot that covers the Voucher. They scan your feet for proper size. Look for Sale Items and get 2 pairs.

Shout out to June!! This Red Wing pro made sure we had an amazing experience!
I am truly amazed at how much knowledge she had on how to pick your boot and sizing due to the material. My husband works with concrete everyday and I am so happy he is going to have good boots.

Great boots, sales staff needs SERIOUS training in multitasking when several customer's are in the store. I used to manage a Foot Locker and the two working your Everett store let customer's walk in and out without so much as acknowledgement, while they focused ALL their time and energy on a single customer!? I don't know who owns this place, but you're missing out on 70 percent of potential business because of a lazy, untrained staff.

When in to get some new work shoes. I work in a Large manufacturing facility. I asked for a specific style. They had one kind that fit my needs. They measured my feet, checked foot placement and recommended an insole. They were polite and professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I love the shoes I got. First rate footwear company.

Union carpenter, purchased boots 2 months ago that are falling apart. I have never had boots fall apart this fast. There's also several other problems with the boots that I think are a manufacturing defect. The store would not do anything about it said they would give me 10 percent off another pair of boots. I will never buy from redwing again. Coastal has returned. Boots for me after several months with no questions asked.

Great selection of shoes/boots. There was a worker going into great detail with a customer assisting him trying and walking in different boots. I was there for insoles only and was offered 10% off to scan my feet on their new machine which I did. Luckily I had picked out the correct insoles already which I have been wearing for 8 years.

We walked into the store. We were immediately greeted by a very knowledgeable and helpful person that scanned my feet and then helped me with my boot selection. He also helped pick out the correct soles for my boots and for my wife’s shoes. Very pleased, and very much appreciate the professionalism!
