This place is a JOKE Been trying to get the couches that We’re supposed to be delivered for the past month they’ve been making excuses for the past month. Nothing but excuse on top of excuses because Employees are quitting. And they can’t get their schedules job done Finally got the truth out of them instead of trying to BS me never doing Business with this Rent-A-Center location again and never had a problem with any other location. And we’re posting this in every other social media platform to help people not get Screwed Over

I super happy with the items I have leased from rent a center the customer service was excellent and the gentleman that helped me (Ben if i am not mistaken) was very helpful and helped me understand my rental agreement.

Erin was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to asked about an item that on the website says is in stock which I’ve already paid for and she puts me on hold for a grand total of 10 sec says she can’t seem to locate it and to call back in 30 min then just hangs up!

On February 20th I decided to try this service. The website stated my item will be delivered in 7 days. So I signed the agreement, made first payment. Next day the store contacted me and confirmed delivery day will be on February 27th. On that day I've contacted the store and they told me "we're not 100% sure when your item will be delivered". I was like "okay". After 10 days of waiting I decided to contact the customer service. And the agent told me that all information on their website is "not accurate" and delivery will take up to 6 WEEKS! Shock! Now after 2 weeks of waiting the store completely ignoring my requests about my order and delivery date.
So if you want to deal with this company do your research. Their "same as cash" price almost DOUBLE compare to Best buy or official manufacturer website + after you'll make all payments the total cost will jump to 400% of original price and you will get 0 star service and 0 commucation skills. Just think twice before you wanna deal with them

Hank and Ben have always been awesome and super helpful, but the new girl they just hired is so incredibly rude to me and my partner that it’s frustrating. I was trying to make a payment and she hung up on me immediately twice after picking up and has always been incredibly short with us or just plain rude when we try to pay anything we owe.
