Michelle and Kimberly are amazing! I worked first hand with Kim and she welcomes every senior and every family with open arms and treats them like family. To say the least your family member is in good hands!

I have worked for RAH for a year now, they are such a professional but friendly team who recognize everyone as an individual, provide great support and care for their employees as they do their clients.

Never used your service, but it's extremely suspect, shady, and really manipulative that 90% of your reviews are from your own employees . . . how am I supposed to determine a good service from that?

Right At Home is a great company to work for and if I had a family member that needed care, I would call them. They care deeply about their employees and clients!

I absolutely LOVE working for this company. They genuinely care about their clients AND caregivers that work for them. I have seen them work magic to ensure that clients have the care they need in as little as a few hours. I’m very proud to be a part of the RAH team.

I have worked with Right at Home for almost a year. In that time I started as a caregiver and was offered opportunities for growth early on. They have a small business, family atmosphere and care about their employees and clients.

When I got hired by this company, everyone that works there made it sound like it's the best place to work. When I was doing the onboarding and orientation, the owner (Victoria) said they support all their caregivers and they have our backs. She also said if I have any concerns I should bring it up to them. After I started working, I had several concerns that I had mentioned to the owner and the care manager via email and they kept saying we'll work on the concerns and they take time to resolve or the other thing the owner loves to say is "can you come into the office to discuss this further?" Every time I send them an email, they want me to drive all the way to Marysville discuss it in person like I don't have anything else to do. Then I had to call out sick due to migraines and another time I had a family emergency. The very next day I receive an email saying I'm fired because I didn't give enough notice when I called out with my migraines and family emergency like I can literally predict the future to see that coming and the other BS excuse they said was I was being unprofessional to the owner when I sent an email about some concerns I had regarding a client I was taking care of and another staff member named Kristin that works in the office. Oh and I almost forgot, they also said I refused to tell them details about my family emergency and I also refused to go into work with my migraine. What kind of BS is this, I don't have to give any details about a family emergency, all they need to know is I have an emergency, life happens. Also I don't know about you but I can't work with a migraine. So the last email from them said that I refused to discuss the concerns with them and I was just venting when I brought up all those concerns to them. Ya sure, I was just venting. So apparently they don't want the caregivers to speak up, caregivers should just stand back, take orders and obey them.

We visited this office, to do research for a family member. It was a great environment, we enjoyed it.We met Heather at the front desk, she was very kind and helpful towards my family member and I, we get the hunch that she is a great caregiver! She was able to provide us with plenty of brochures, and explained some of the details about this specific companys operations.Though we have to look elsewhere after our research, the office staff at this location are superb.

I was hired in early Jan 2020 to work short, 60-90 minute shifts that paid $30-35/hour. After all of my hiring/onboarding (which includes fingerprints, FBI background check, and multiple days spent interviewing/training) they then let me know that they had no available shifts for this position nor any actual clients for this position, and they were working to get that operation up and running. I agreed to help them cover a few shifts until then. I was already employed with another caregiving agency, who I have worked for 3 years now.Right at Home never found any clients at that pay rate for me. They only paid $15-18/hour (while charging clients double) and I received my 90 day review in October which was 10 months after being hired. I think they gave me a .15 raise? But they also lowered the pay rate of my scheduled shift so I was actually being paid less.Another complaint is that despite being a very flexible, hardworking, and reliable employee, I never received any recognition for that by the company.Instead, look forward to daily required emails that you won’t be compensated for. As well as multiple requests to join online social media groups and write reviews for them. I finally grew tired of the constant interruptions to my daily life. I have three young children and work 40-80 hours a week. I informed the company I did not have time for these emails that I was not being paid for. The owner, Victoria then repeatedly called me. I ignored the calls because I was driving (with all of my children in the car, running errands, a busy day. Costco trip, etc) I finally answered in a parking lot and was quite upset and told her that I was driving and would have to return her call. She then sent me an email stating that she would take me hanging up on her as my resignation. I informed her I was incredibly disappointed in the time I had invested in her agency and would be posting reviews. The next day, I received another email from the owner, Victoria saying that since I ‘no-showed’ on a shift, that I was being fired.I feel that this company has a lot of issues with communication and respect and regret the time I wasted working for their company. The other agency I work for pays way better and are much kinder to their employees, which I believe says a lot about the service they offer!

I employed this company to care for my ALZ husband while I was in the hospital. The care was a desaster as they sent a different person each day for the first 4 days, none of which were qualified to care for an alzheimer patient. When I got out of the hospital I retained only one of their employees. This employee took care of my husband satisfactorly. Unfortunately she was a thief and stole in excess of 15,000$ worth of jewelry, clothing, and misc other itemns. It has been nearly 3 months and I am still finding missing items.Need less to say, I would never recommend this company
