Fantastic Car Buying Experience! I recently purchased a new car from Rodland Toyota of Everett, and I can't say enough about the excellent service provided by Daryl Docarmo. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to show me the features of different cars. I was able to test drive multiple options, and Daryl made the decision-making process smooth. Rodland Toyota is a family-run business with a long history, and their prices were competitive, close to the manufacturer's recommendation. The paperwork was done quickly, and the facility was nice. They also offered an extended 3-year service coverage, surpassing the typical 2-year standard. Overall, a fantastic car buying experience. Highly recommend Daryl and Rodland Toyota!

Excellent experience buying a new car with Daryl. We'd been shopping around for an in-stock RAV4 Hybrid in the color/trim we wanted for a couple of months and had spoken to a lot of salespeople. Hands down Daryl was the best; patient, well mannered, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything Toyota, including the technology and mechanics. He gave us his full undivided attention while we made our decision, weighing in with helpful information as well as a detailed tutorial on how to drive the car for best hybrid economy. Daryl parked three options next to one another so we could compare radios, colors, grills, wheels. We left getting exactly what we wanted and a full education on the ins and outs of our new vehicle.

Thanks to Ethan Worthington for our first car buying experience that didn't suck! It was actually a nice transaction and we got what we wanted at a reasonable price for something in such high demand currently (Sienna). It seems like a better place than the other Toyota dealerships in the area, all of which we have experienced, having bought several Toyotas recently. We will be back here for service.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Damarys found the exact car I was looking for and helped me reserve it via email in no time. I love that she had me sign copies of the full car spec before accepting the deposit, so that they could track the vin number and be sure all the paperwork lined up. It made me feel very secure in making that commitment, and the quoted price is exactly what I paid. She let me know as soon as the car was on the truck headed to the dealership, and had everything ready to make the final purchase as quick and easy as possible. Everyone I interacted with here was so warm and kind, but Damarys was really, really exceptionally wonderful. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, you should buy it from her. It was worth the drive up to Everett from Seattle!

honestly, buying the vehicle from them was fairly painless, but buying the service package was a huge mistake. From the beginning, their online interface, mobile app and their call-in service, has just been brutal. I created an online service account, but their website asks me all the same questions over and over and over again ... like I am new client - after 3 plus years they have to know everything about my car??? I log into my account... they have all the info from day 1? Attention to detail is not their strong suit either. Each time I do get it serviced, there is always something;... greasy steering wheel, grease on the fabric near the door frame, nothing wiped down (windows, dash), nothing vacuumed, and no car wash even though I know they have one. They are just not easy to do business with. Wish I could write a better review. The next car I buy, I will not get the maintenance package and tie myself to the dealership. ugh!

I want to start with this is my 3rd time in the used car lot buying a vehicle with family and every single experience has been exceptional. The first buy was for my husband's 2023 Tacoma TRD in August. Damarys and Marcus were awesome. They treated us like family! No pressure buying and they laid everything out to make the decision easier on our end. The second experience was taking my cousin to buy his first Toyota in September. Again, Damarys and Marcus made this experience for my cousin so easy. He was torn between different cars but Damarys was awesome with giving him the pros and cons. He left with a 2023 Camry XLE. The most recent buy was taking my in-laws in today. Rob made the experience buying easy for them and he was thorough with how the car works with my mother in law. He was very patient teaching her all the features of the car. Marcus came in clutch with getting the best deal for my in-laws. They came out with a 2023 RAV4 TRD! If you want a fair, no pressure, and most of all family type environment: this is the best dealership in WA! Hands down! We will always be returning customers and recommend family and friends here because we trust Marcus, Damarys and Rob! We know they will be well taken care of!

Horrible experience buying a used vehicle here as a female identified individual. Avoid preowned sales manager Marcus Krachunis and finance manager Darci Clark at all costs. Sales consultant Robert Dixon was great though, no complaints there - not at all someone to pressure, was professional, knowledgeable and didn't use the manipulation tactics of the other two. Pre owned sales manager Marcus Krachunis is sketchy and dishonest but tries to make it out like he's being totally transparent with you, much like finance person Darci Clark. Marcus and Darci both are very fixated on pressuring you into deals and warranties via scare tactics and other manipulative techniques. For example Darci will say passive aggressive and guilt trippy things like "if my friends and family come here I won't let them leave without this" or show horror story fake photos of tangled up car wires with little relevance to the warranties and add-ons she's pushing you to buy. It's absurd. Only bought my car here because it met the criteria I wanted and because Robert was better to deal with, otherwise I would have definitely walked away at multiple points in the process due to the inappropriate behavior by these two. For example Marcus claimed he could only give me 10,000 for my trade in that was valued via KBB at 14,500 for a trade in. And he claimed the car could only be sent away to be sold at auction, but less than a week later he's reselling it at 18,000 online at his own used car dealership. He also never even looked at the vehicle himself which was weird. And Marcus couldn't give me a straight answer why a car that was same trim level, 1 year newer AND less than half the miles was priced over 2,000 HIGHER than the one I wanted, and was clearly annoyed when I pointed that out repeatedly - he kept being evasive on that. Marcus kept trying to portray himself as a victim caught between a rock and a hard place on pricing. As someone who is in the field of psychology and is well-educated, I felt disgusted by these tactics as I could see many buyers (especially young, low income or female identified folks or even anyone who's never purchased from a dealership) falling prey to these manipulation tactics.

I live in Arlington Washington and went to the local Toyota dealership here to trade in my car. Do you have the fact that I was downsizing from a forerunner Toyota Camry? They said that they didn't have any deals for me. I couldn't work with me yet to come back in six months to a year. About a week later, I passed Rodland Toyota where I brought my other vehicles And Ethan who is my salesman figured out a way to make a deal that was fair and affordable for both of us because my circumstances were somewhat special with downsizing the forerunner to the smaller car that was less expensive, etc. Ethan was a great help and very attentive to my financial needs and was not high pressure. He left all the decision-making to me, and if I wanted to consider another car that was more expensive, he would recommend now that car wouldn't suit your needs etc. So I think Ethan very much for the great service and hope to work with him in the future! Thank you to Rodland Toyota as well.

Hey there! I cannot contain my excitement after finding out that Rodland Toyota has the car I have been searching for in stock on this absolutely fantastic Wednesday! I gotta tell you, my previous experience was not the best, but then I was connected with the amazing Jon Bellham. Let me tell you, he made the whole car buying process a breeze and so enjoyable! We even had some hilarious banter during our time together. Now let's talk about the incredible 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. This SUV is an absolute beast on the road despite its size! If you're a big fan of Toyota products, let me tell you, Jon Bellham is your go-to guy. Seriously, he's kind, reliable, communicative, well-spoken, and extremely knowledgeable about the car I'm purchasing. And guess what? I came for oil change at 12:15 pm and handed my keys to them. I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours. When I didn't get any update by 2 pm I went to them for update. The guy went in the back to check and it seems he didn't find the car. He kept looking for car for 15 minutes and then told me they have just started working on it now and should be done in 15 minutes. Again no update till 3 pm. I went to him again for a update, then he went in the back to check and came after 15 minutes, telling me it's done and I can leave. They didn't do any 12 point inspection, no car wash, no paperwork. I'm not even sure if they changed the oil. NEVER COMING AGAIN TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Branden Dove was really helpful. I had seen some ads for Rodland Toyota but hadn't seen any cars I loved, that was until Branden showed me an awesome Corolla. I ended up buying it, and I'm really grateful he was there to explain everything to me in layman's terms. I was nervous at first but Branden helped me every step of the way, and I really appreciate him. He deserves a raise
