Had a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional and offered the right amount of humor for an early monday morning. And while they didn’t have to, they took care of a bunch of sap that was on my windshield. While I hope I don’t get anymore chips or cracks, if I do, I’ll gladly return to this shop for help. Thank you!!

The staff was helpful and engaging. There was space to park and the speed of service was faster than the estimated wait time i was told. The front desk staffer made small talk and gave good tips on how to avoid more damage to windshield and car in the future that i didnt know about. I felt like my car was in good hands.

Scheduled my car's windshield replacement with them. Upon reaching to drop of the car, the guy at the front desk was really rude and wasn't answering anything straight to me. And I was only asking general things like when can I pickup my car etc. Decided at that time that I do not want to do business with some who doesn't respect their customer and their time. I know Autoglass has ties with insurance but I will never go with them or recommend them again. Reading the reviews here, I'm glad I didn't use their services

Great service on my Tesla Model 3! The workmanship has been great and so was the communication at every step of the process!
Really satisfied with the overall process and a hassle free claim with my insurance which was billed by Safelite directly to them!

I went to get my windshield replaced and they were very nice and got the job done well and swiftly. But upon returning to the car there was an adhesive line that had run down that was sticking to the windshield and my hov lane pass had been taken apart.

My mom’s rear view mirror has fallen off twice now after faulty windshield install. Incredibly frustrating and unsafe.

Got windshield replaced on 2023 palisade. They installed the wrong windshield (doesn't work with heads-up display), and didn't reattach dashcam properly. Been waiting for two weeks now for a warranty replacement to get scheduled.

Geico set up my appointment. Went in, lady behind the counter was extremely kind and got me taken care of. All, and I mean all, of my interactions with the mechanics were top notch, you won't find a more happy and professional group to fix your glass. The cherry on top, I totally forgot to remove my work stickers from my windshield and they moved them to the new windshield for me.
