Had a new windshield and drivers door window installed on my wife's jeep and the mobile tech didn't have any vacuum attachments to get all the broken glass from inside the door. Then today I noticed he didn't install the rubber gasket around the windshield to keep water out. So the entire outer edge of the windshield is exposed. Waiting for safelight to open Monday to see what they have to say.

Don't bring a car here worst customer service ever. You should expect to be taking an Uber to get home because your car will not be ready when they tell you. Make sure nobody is waiting for you to pick them up later like your children because they will not have your car done on time. It's Safelite I expected better.

What an awful experience. People were rude and condescending. They refused to give me a quote. I just don't understand this kind of thing. We have used Safelite's mobile service before with great outcomes, but I will NEVER darken the door of this brick and mortar store again. What a huge disappointment!

This safelite location is amazing! Tina who helped check me in and handles various business tasks inside was so friendly and helpful. The workers were at max capacity and still finished my windshield replacement and recalibration in a timely manner. Yes it takes about 2.5 hours but it's pretty easy to pass the time by having someone pick you up to go somewhere and come back. It was a great experience!

I've had to replace my windshield several times. This safelight location has got to be one of the best I've found. They use mats to protect your hood and made sure everything was cleaned. Next time I get a cracked windshield I will be back

Good, quick and accurate service. Safelite did a better job with the blinkers accurately sensing vehicles that Hyundai actually did when they manufactured my car 15 months ago.

Some thief smashed out the window in my work truck. I called Safelite in Everett and got in the next day. Not only did they get my window replaced within about an hour, they cleaned all of the glass particles from inside my truck. Vacuumed out the seats, the floor, even cleaned my mirrors. When I left it was as if it never happened. These guys are awesome

These guys just replaced the windshield on my 2022 rav4. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They are experts on the new camera systems that are in most new windshields. They did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied.

I forgot to peel the dash cam mount off before I dropped off the car. Later I realized I couldn’t get a replacement(it’s Australian). When I picked up there it was neatly sitting on the console. They also saved my g2g pass. Great customer service and a great windscreen 10/10

An absolute pleasure to do business with! I took my collector vehicle out for a cruise for the first time this year yesterday. Unfortunately, I had a rock hit the windshield at 2pm. I found Genuine on yelp and they happened to be close by and I thought I would call to see if they could get it in for a repair. I was fearful that the crack would spread and permanently damage the windshield. The young lady on the phone went above and beyond - squeezing me in at 3:30. When I arrived, the car was immediately taken back and within 30 minutes the job was completed. They did a fantastic job and I was back on the road by 4:15. I was able to watch them perform the work and they went above and beyond to ensure that the car was adequately protected when they were working on it. I would definitely go back and refer my car club friends to them without hesitation. Five GOLD STARS!
