the store itself is not a good one, homeless in parking lot and looking in cars workers does nothing for it or anything bakery and deli closes at 7pm and you can not get anything from there as well the service desk close at 7pm. the whole chickens are cook in am and when gone no more, they will not cook more for they say it is wasting food with that said anyone after 5pm is out of luck for that. the workers are not to friendly or willing to help and this goes for all of them in closing getting help during hours is bad not good at all .

Don't know what's up with grocery shopping anymore. Was in the restroom for less than 10 minutes and heard a worker say loudly "he's still in there, Jesus Christ." That's just very unprofessional and uncalled for. I also hate how shopping here is done. Not only do I need to push a button to purchase whiskey, I don't even get it? They literally take it straight to the counter. If I am the customer and I am purchasing an item, I'd actually like to have the item I am purchasing. This shopping is so backwards.

Staff are surly and unhelpful, withholding full information when asked for help. The pharmacist barks at customers like a drill sergeant.

great staff. bathrooms are by a code system to prevent drug use and you have to pay for food at the deli, they are doing what they can.

The night manager is absolutely amazing. He knows the definition of customer service, and knows how to manage situations professionally. he was so polite when I had told him what happened with one of the new Safeway workers that works at night who always wears a black top has dark hair maybe 6". This guy always turns people away starting at 11:53, I've seen him leave the store on multiple occasions at 12:03 PM when the store closes at 12 PM and the manager is still inside working hard cleaning up. I felt it necessary to leave this review for Safeway because the last time I was in there he YELLED SUPER LOUD at me and was extremely rude to me when I walked in the doors at the same time as another woman (11:53pm) he said nothing to her, but was yelling at me, saying the store is closed, and demanded I turn around and leave the store when I was already past self check out. After I told the night manager things started getting very uncomfortable because I shop at that store at night and every time the 20yr old kid sees me he scowles at me, he's not the friendliest when it comes time to helping me at self checkout. I smiled and said hello to one of his coworkers he was walking with and the guy scuffed at me. It's very unprofessional and immature, if it wasn't for the night manager, taking my complaint, and apologizing for what happened and being so cool about it, I would probably have called corporate. my brother is a manager at Safeway and has been working through the company since he was 15 so I know how difficult the job can be, but no one should act unprofessional multiple times like that.

ricky over at the gas station is extremely nice and helpful and i consistently see him helping out customers at the pumps . sweeping up the garbage cleaning the pumps . he is absolutely amazing dispite how scary the area is i feel bad for him but he always sees a light out of it and he says he gets entertained by the nonsense . I also love when he talks about his cats he loves to talk about them . the old man bill that works on his days off is very rude and condesensjng and sometimes racist . and always makes customers enter phone number instead of telling it like ricky would let you . over at the store . bonny is funny and amazing and always put a smile on my face talking about her mom with demensha . brenda is very kind to . most of the other other employees are rude particularly devon that works customer service and racist yolanda . the parking lot outside is extremely scary and filled with garbage and never see anyone sweeping . overall 2 out of 5 bonny and ricky need to be employees of the month

I stopped here on the way to work one morning, to use the bathroom. The bathroom doesn't open until 9am. It's really strange. They have a key pad on the door, so I don't know why they can't just give you the code at any time.Other than that, the store was small but very clean.

Very rude inconsistent medication refills. Strangely I've been short medication for the past four months. I've never had a problem with this before. I don't think they're honest

If i could give a 0 i would.So not only has the same cashier (older lady)over charged me twice (butlt 20 bucks or more), but today while I was at self check, and needed help, she completely ignored me while she talked to someone in the floral department. She looked right at me and saw the flashing help sign at the self check and just ignored it.So I just left all my stuff at self check and went home. I'll just go to QFC from now on. I'm tired of this places lack of customer service.
