Rude pharamcy staff. Needed to pick up a prescription after my appointment today. I am leaving to go out of town tonighr for 2 immeditate family funerals/handling estates so will not be back immediately. I went and asked after my appointnent if they for sure to fill prescription they said it would definitely be ready in about 20-30 minutes. I went back after 45 minutes and was told they ran out of my medication i needed to fill yesterday, I asked what I could do due to my current situation and the lady started to ignore me and just said next. I called when I got home and someone picked up and hung up the phone immediately. I can not transfer my prescription and instead I have to call my dr to see if it is even possible to fill my prescription in another state as I can not be here for a minimum of two weeks.

The actual worst pharmacy you could go to… like seriously. They are so rude, never have my prescription (which my life is dependent on) on time, and never give me enough pills despite my prescription saying how much I need. There was one time I had to wait 45 mins because the chick was on a personal phone call… my most recent visit, all of my personal info was being talked about very loudly around other costumers, while the lady kept arguing with me. It feels like hell when I visit this pharmacy, there’s more I could say but I feel like that sentence sums things up well. save your time, go somewhere else.

I’ve never experienced anything like what happened at this pharmacy, and I feel it’s important to share. After moving to the area, I called to check on a prescription my doctor had confirmed was sent over but never filled. From the moment I spoke with the staff, I was treated with suspicion and hostility—as though I was doing something wrong simply by asking about my medication.
When I inquired about having the prescription filled, I was immediately questioned about my address on file. I calmly explained that I have a protected address due to privacy reasons and that I was currently in the area. Despite this, I was called “shady” and interrogated about why I was still seeing my previous doctor, even though they are still within the state and I continue to consult with them remotely. I offered to verify everything with my doctor and noted that my ACP (Address Confidentiality Program) information is on file, yet I was pressured to provide a new address—which is against the protections offered by the program.
When I went in person to pick up my medication, the same pharmacist escalated things again. I was firm but never rude. I presented my government-issued ID and ACP card, which should have been sufficient, but she continued to argue with me and refused to acknowledge the documentation.
This has been one of the most distressing and unnecessary experiences I’ve ever had, especially as someone who just moved to the area and needed access to long-standing prescribed medication. No one should be made to feel criminalized or disrespected for simply following proper procedures and standing by their rights.

This only can hold your medicine 2 weeks, when I phone, they are very rude. Then in person, they are more friendly. They need improve with phone system, and medicine policy 🙄

Easily the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever used. Every single time I have ever been here they are either missing something from my prescription that they literally text me to say that they have it filled, or they give me certain items but not another, or they straight up just dont have things they should. This pharmacy is horrible, do not go here if you like any sense of consistency or easyiness in your life.

When able to speak with someone face to face they are friendly enough. But, reaching someone by phone, lunch hours inconsistent, and no call backs when leaving a message are a problem!!!
