I’ve been coming here ever since the Albertsons shut down and got transferred to this Safeway. The head pharmacist is smart and very nice, HOWEVER over the last few years the other employees have gotten worse and worse. They are rude and incompetent, here is one of many examples… My Wife goes to the drop off counter to make sure my medication is refillable, the pharmacist says yes it is refillable, but the line was very long so she waited in the line for an extended time and another pharmacist was outside the counter setting up a display and being very sarcastic and rude to the elderly people standing in line. It was truly disgusting to watch this person be so rude to our elderly folks just waiting for their medications I will be transferring out of the store to anywhere else even if I have to drive farther away. Oh, and by the way, when my wife got to the front counter, my medications were not refillable.

There are so many problems at so many pharmacies these days, it’s refreshing and appreciated this location really seems to have their act together. I’ve been using them for at least a year now, with nothing but positive experiences. Professional, polite, proactive in appropriate ways, and caring.

I have had nothing but negative experiences coming here the past year between long wait times, missing prescriptions, and rude employees working the register. But today was the final straw after waiting for nearly 15 minutes in line to pick up the prescription they just called me about, then I decided to get a shot they said was overdue. They said they'd be right with me, since no one else was in the waiting room, but I waited there for 30 minutes and no one came by, at which point I left out of frustration. But the pharmacy doesn't care. Safeway doesn't care. Do yourself a favor and get your meds elsewhere.

This location has an anti homeless device that yells through all hours day or night. Its so dystopian, dude just pay the government to make becoming unhomeless easier.

It’s disappointing to hear bad reviews here; but it’s probably because those people haven’t actually worked at a clinic or pharmacy themselves. Procedures and protocols can really limit how quickly something gets done—and often times (because I’ve worked in a clinic and pharmacy before), the ball gets dropped at the clinic. Granted, not always, but often. Why? Well, usually it’s because the clinics have so much that has to be done. They don’t get to focus on one area, like prescriptions only—and one has to give the benefit of the doubt that the staff didn’t avoid doing something on purpose, eh? That being said, we still just have to remember that no one is perfect, people have bad days or don’t feel well (patient or provider) and things happen. Still, in my experience, the people who work at this pharmacy, and many other Safeway pharmacies I’ve been to, are wonderful. They, like MOST pharmacies and other health care locations, deal with staff shortages and being overwhelmed with busy-ness. Yet, compared to other pharmacy companies, they have kind and caring staff. It’s why I’ve stayed with Safeway for years. I hope this helps someone see a different perspective. Best wishes.

This pharmacy is so incompetent! For three weeks I’ve been trying to get my prescription filled. They say I have no more. They also said they called the doctor, both are lies. We are talking blood pressure meds, not narcotics. I’ve have contacted my doctors office four times, they confirm my prescription. The pharmacy still says there is no prescription. They said they faxed the doctor and called him. Again no prescriptions. Here I am at the pharmacy AGAIN, no prescriptions, so I called the doctor and the doctor decided to just send them a new prescription. This better work. After this, no more Safeway on 75th and Evergreen for me. If you need a prescription avoid this pharmacy like the plague!
