It’s disappointing to hear bad reviews here; but it’s probably because those people haven’t actually worked at a clinic or pharmacy themselves. Procedures and protocols can really limit how quickly something gets done—and often times (because I’ve worked in a clinic and pharmacy before), the ball gets dropped at the clinic. Granted, not always, but often. Why? Well, usually it’s because the clinics have so much that has to be done. They don’t get to focus on one area, like prescriptions only—and one has to give the benefit of the doubt that the staff didn’t avoid doing something on purpose, eh? That being said, we still just have to remember that no one is perfect, people have bad days or don’t feel well (patient or provider) and things happen. Still, in my experience, the people who work at this pharmacy, and many other Safeway pharmacies I’ve been to, are wonderful. They, like MOST pharmacies and other health care locations, deal with staff shortages and being overwhelmed with busy-ness. Yet, compared to other pharmacy companies, they have kind and caring staff. It’s why I’ve stayed with Safeway for years. I hope this helps someone see a different perspective. Best wishes.

This pharmacy is so incompetent! For three weeks I’ve been trying to get my prescription filled. They say I have no more. They also said they called the doctor, both are lies. We are talking blood pressure meds, not narcotics. I’ve have contacted my doctors office four times, they confirm my prescription. The pharmacy still says there is no prescription. They said they faxed the doctor and called him. Again no prescriptions. Here I am at the pharmacy AGAIN, no prescriptions, so I called the doctor and the doctor decided to just send them a new prescription. This better work. After this, no more Safeway on 75th and Evergreen for me. If you need a prescription avoid this pharmacy like the plague!

I wouldn’t go to this pharmacy again. I felt that the pharmacist just didn’t want to provide any service. She kept on making up excuses and even after I confirmed with my insurance provider that I’m 100% covered, she still said that they don’t cover it.

WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN! After using this pharmacy for 2 years all of a sudden they start refusing to release my prescriptions. Even after repeated calls from my doctor the pharmacist refused. They have miscounted my medications before and this has caused me problems with work! What scumbags!

Usually very positive experiences with this Pharmacy.I went in today for a Vaccine and the person that gave me the shot was, I felt, first of all, unfriendly and secondly, was unprofessional and rough in the manner in which she gave the shot. She proceeded to approach me and jab me in the arm like someone would jab an animal in the rear. In addition it was the worst pain I've ever experienced from a shot!When I mentioned this to her, the response was that maybe the previous person giving the shots left something on the needle. If that is true I surely hope whatever was left on the needle wasn't injected into my arm. I will refrain from getting my shots there in the future.

Went for an interview and waited 1 hour and 20 min past my interview time. When I finally had my interview was inteupted many times by other employees. I have been in customer service and management for 20 plus years. I would not work for a management team that can not conduct an interview properly. This was not the one I wanted to work at anyway

Not the best experience here. Thet don't reflect the excellent customer service that is promised. I have many issues with them fufilling my prescription, countless debates lOst because ignored or they aren't customer understanding.. so I have been here for years as well and plan to be end my relationship as well. Unless you barely use your pharmacy, don't make this your primary. This is a rare needs only pharmacy I'd say, but for people like me that visit at least once a month, not a good recommendation.

If I could make it no stars I would I and my husband were just refused our covid vaccine and we had appointments My husband has compromised immune system and I have copd both 50+ but most of all my 84yr old mom which we live with and care for so we are considered multi generation household and care givers they were not understanding or listening to us just refused. We went to our regular Safeway pharmacy and they couldn't believe what they did so they were very kind and got on their computer and scheduled all three of us appointments you people at 76th pharmacy should be ashamed of your selfish ways

We've been with this pharmacy for a few years and never had any issues. They are really nice all the time and pretty easy to work with.
