Love the pharmacy staff, I had to stop coming here becuase they get a generic of Adderall that simply does not work for me (epic pharma). I suggest returning to Northstar or getting Sandoz.

They said they would have it Tuesday.
Today is Wednesday. Still no med.

Disappointing experience trying to get a new prescription filled here after our usual pharmacy, Bartell’s, across the street closed. My husband had knee replacement surgery and needed pain meds refilled so we had the doc send it to Safeway pharmacy. We shop here every week so it made sense to send the prescription here. When calling to see if the prescription was ready, we were first told they cannot find him in the system (we explained he’s never had a prescription filled here before because we used Bartell’s) and then we were told they cannot fill it, some glitch but no explanation as to what the problem was other than to contact our doctor. Husband had to say and spell his name and birthdate multiple times for them to even look him up. Unhelpful staff, poor communication, we won’t try to use the pharmacy again.

Called in a refill for some meds on a sunday, said it would be ready on Tuesday, came in Wednesday said it wasn't ready but will be ready in 20 minutes, had to go to work, asked if it will be ready tomorrow was told it would. Came in Thursday, still not ready.

Always pleasant, with a smile.
Prescriptions are always perfect and accurate.
They have even bent over backwards to help with contacting my doctor/care team when there is a clerical error (mostly with my pain management due to the variance between my Prescription protocol and the real world calendar)
This pharmacy team genuinely cares. And it shows.
(When I call to verify or place my refill requests, it's like calling a family member... they know me by my voice..
And even ask about my kids by name..
With all the patients and clients they must deal with on a daily, weekly etc.
Idk, makes me feel cared about.

I had an excellent experience at Safeway Pharmacy when I dropped in without an appointment for my flu shot and COVID vaccine. Even with a few people ahead of me, the pharmacist worked quickly and efficiently, resulting in minimal wait time. The staff were courteous and respectful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this pharmacy for your annual shots—top-notch service and professionalism!

Every time I get the text message saying my prescription is ready I come wait in line and they always tell me wait 30 min. Even if I get the text and wait til the next day , they still say wait 30 min it’s like they don’t start getting it ready until u actually come in to the store. So what’s the point of the text notifications?..

I got my booster shot there the other day and it was perfect I'm not a real big fan of shots and the pharmacist did a great job the best shot I had in years didn't feel a thing I will be going back to get my flu shot next.

If I could give it a zero I would. The behavior of a young deli man seemed as if it were everyday behavior that all of the clan puts up with. Where as the old man just walked off and clocked off. Neither knew how to control a situation of the matter of one customer cutting in front of another and both of them just going on like nothing. Until a customer speaks up and voices that they should pay attention to who's next in line, considering we can't do our own line policing. Then the young deli man gets upset because gray hair old deli man clocks off and he no longer is helping young deli man. Young deli man mumbles as gruntled cut in front of customer walks away,"fucking people can't keep their mouth shut". The gruntled customer heard. Where is management around this place? Just sick. Safeway shame on you.

Love this Safeway like one of my family members/neighbors, very convenient & they take EBT FOOD STAMPS & they only Care that I'm finding what I need/want & that I pay sn leave with a smile on my face ???️?♀️
