This pharmacy will have huge lines and have several people behind the counter, but still only have one person ringing customers up. I wouldn’t be complaining about this except that this is a constant problem.
Currently there are 8 people in line and at least 7 people behind the counter, and only 1 of those 7 people are ringing people up. Why?

Either they don't answer the phone. Or they disconnect you. Or when they do actually pick up, they place you on hold and don't wait for a response. This example is only a fraction of the issues I've experienced there.

Did give me my switch to pharmacy bonus opens to late and slow. Aggressive when they call you as well.

Very rude staff behind the counter. We had a medication called in 6 hours ago. Get her to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready. When we got the alert. I asked why they would need more time. Told them it was ridiculous to wait longer when they had literally all day to get it together. The response was very rude and unprofessional. They acted as though their job was so hard. Give me a break. Young people these days can't handle work these days.

Shouting “HELLOOOO???” at someone isn’t a great look when you’re trying to get someone’s attention. I’m sorry for zoning out in line I guess? I’ve MOST CERTAINLY waited 30 minutes to an hour for this pharmacy to get its act together so pardon me for making you wait a fraction of a second.
Karin needs some help with handling customers.
Multiple members of this pharmacy team have been pretty rude to me on multiple occasions.

I switched my prescriptions over to Safeway a couple of years ago, because it was more convenient than my prior pharmacy location. When I switched, my costs also decreased, which was awesome! I love the convenience of using the app to manage my prescriptions and have never had an issue with my scripts not being ready for pickup after receiving a notification that they’re ready. I also appreciate that if I’ve not had a chance to go pick them up, that someone from the pharmacy will call me to remind me that they’re ready for pickup! Thank you, Safeway pharmacy team!

This seems to be a training center for pharmacist. Just about every time I go there I find a new person at the register and new people behind the counter filling prescriptions. This causes massive delay in getting the prescription filled and purchased. They close for lunch daily from 1:30 to 2:00 pm. It appears they are not bright enough to stager the staffing lunch break to keep the pharmacy open when they have 5 people available.

This has been my pharmacy since they first opened up. The staff has been very helpful and pleasant even when they are busy. My family has even transferred their prescriptions here from Bellevue since there local Walgreens is horrible. I won’t go anywhere else to get my prescriptions!!

Absolutely horrible service. They claim they received my prescription 2 hours after my doctor's office was closed. I went in an hour after they received it and it still wasnt ready. The pharmacist was rude and said it would be another half hour. It was 730 pm. I felt like crap so i went home and came back in the morning. It still wasn't ready. The excuses of "we're busy" only go so far. Either you're running it poorly or you're understaffed. There were 5 people so in guessing it's the first.... first and last visit.

Keep getting harassed by the staff, takes anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes to get a prescription.

As a 45 yr man who has been picking up prescriptions for myself and others since I was 16...never in my life have I dealt with a more problem prone, incompetent pharmacy. DO NOT send your prescriptions here if they are at all important/life saving/etc. They WILL screw up, essentially every single time, and not be able to fill your script for a day or two, which could very well be a life or death situation for many.It will be different things every time with different excuses, but always the same outcome. Can't process insurance (even though that's not true and they eventually figure that out), electronic prescriptions are down (sorry IT is working on it should have it fixed in a day or so), we don't have your (commonly prescribed and life saving) prescription in stock, sorry we'll have it in a day or two, etc, etc and on it goes. Always something, always excuses, and who cares of it costs someone their lives, not their problem.Pure insanity. Please for your own health and sanity avoid this place at all costs!!!

I am not one to normally give bad reviews but here we are. I just keep telling myself oh it’s just this time it won’t happen again but no joke, every single time after getting a text that says the prescription is ready for pick up (it’s been the same monthly prescription for the last 6 months) It’s either not in stock or they have done something wrong with the prescription. I then have to wait another 20 -30 minutes even though I waited in line to pick up my prescription for 20 minutes (no exaggeration). I’d switch pharmacies but this is the closest to my house that will accept my insurance. It’s a complete waste of my time and normally it’s the only chance I had to pick up my medication due to work and kids and outside activities. This is just so annoying and I don’t know why it always happens like this!
