This place is a rip-off I pulled into the shell station to get gas on my way home from Idaho and I got to a 128 need a gas.All I had was $15 on my card and they took it off but they did not have any gas.I never got to put back on my card so I had to go home fumes The man at the cash register said they would put it back on my card , but now here it is tuesday evening still not my card???????

Folks seem to have an overall negative outlook on the store... I stopped by for gas and a brief windshield wash. Did not need to go inside the market. The place is clean, well-lit, and had what I needed. Thank you much!

don't go to this stupid shell gas station.my wife stopped by for gas and something was wrong with pump so she went to inside of store.the employee was speaking his language on the phone..he just ignored her.she kept asking but still on the phone.it was 10/08/23 about 8:35pm..I hope if you are not doing your job, stay home!!!

Owner is so nice! All smiles and he let me use the microwave to heat the lunch I brought on my long trip. Looks like they have a very good busy Mexican food truck on site too. Highly recommend.

I came to the Shell on 128th Street SouthEast in Everett to test out a Shell gift card I got from my aunt for Christmas 2021. When doing some adventuring in January 2023 in this area I noticed the gas station had a general Shell food mart, so I thought I would stop here and to check to make sure the gift card worked and see if I could buy food with it since the food mart was on brand too (not a Jacksons, which the Shell on 128th Street SouthWest has). So in the morning of Saturday 4 February 2023 I stopped and bought a couple of treats. The parking lot was spacious and the station is conveniently located right off of I-5. Though approaching northbound, I did have to make a U-turn once off the exit ramp and on 128th Street SouthEast to reach the entrance. Entering and exiting the station was manageable and the worker inside the food mart professional. I chose a candy bar and a slice of banana bread, which came to a total of $5.28, and my gift card worked for payment. Both items were tasty and fresh.

Food is inedible in a pinch. Literally can’t bite into my sandwich. Most places have a time on their food, but I’m sure it had been there overnight. Just trash

I know, I know. How can my experience be so different? Probably because my experience did not touch on any of the other aspects rated here. But mine was 5 star. I really needed a bathroom; spotted the Shell station; pulled in; parked. As I walked in, a tall, white, brown-haired, long sideburned, and moustached man didn't wait for me to finish asking "Do I need a key for...?"and directly handed me the key. I had The Look. (The Look is when you don't look around in the store but head straight for the bathrooms. Quickly.) The bathroom was clean and functional. I subsequently looked for something to buy to show my appreciation and found fresh strawberries. The same clerk took one look and said "Aw, man; I can't sell you these. They have mold." He was right. It was rasy to overlook, but he was right. I found something else to buy (Jack Link Teriyaki Tender Bits) and he applauded my efforts to find the least harmful purchase. Do I think this will change the minds of any of the 1 or 2 star reviewers? No, nor should it. This is my experience; that was theirs. I post this in hopes that the young man's employer reads it and rewards him. I regret not knowing his name. This happened today, Sunday 15 May 2022, close to 1 PM.

I wish I could give this place less than a 1 star, the owner/oversized worker was incredibly rude, constantly throwing around the word "illegal" just to get you out even if you weren't doing anything to warrant suspicion or with the intent malicious behavior.
