I just left this store, they actually told me to go to another store to get a stain match, they were too busy. What? There was one other person in the store. Too busy to help a customer, never heard that before.

it’s so funny that when you are on in this store and they answer the phone they let you waiting but when you are the one who calls they ask you to wait because they are with other customers! made me wait 30 minutes for absolutely nothing! i’m not happy with this store!

The young man who helped me was very friendly and offered up some suggestions but when they didn’t match what our painter told me to get he was very tactful and diplomatic, he didn’t try to throw the painter under the bus or anything. In the end when I double checked with our painter he had recommended the wrong paint by mistake and he had meant to tell me one that your employee had initially recommended.
In addition to his great customer service the paint that he matched from of a piece of trim I brought in matched exactly and looks great.
As a side note: I had popped into the downtown Everett sherwin-Williams store earlier to ask a question and the man behind the counter there was very rude and not helpful. That’s why I decided to go to the everett mall location when I needed to get the paint.

My professional house painters 2 years ago used Sherwin Williams paint. I've had them back twice for peeling AND twice because the original color applied darked considerably, so when they touched up with new cans of left over paint the color did not match. Despite S W's lifetime warranty, they will not correct the problem with matching paint for the steps. They did give one free can when I brought back two new cans to correct house mismatch.

Been dealing with Sherwin Williams for close to 10 years. Extremely disappointed with the service at the Everett mall location. I call in the paint over an hour early to avoid having to wait in the store for the average 20 to 40 minutes to have paint made up. Still cant get treated with any consideration and still have to wait.. Very sad that I can get Bher paint quicker at home depot by standing in line.This is the 3rd time in a month. Sherwin does not demonstrate respect for clients or contractors. They talk a good one but never actually follow through. Just horrible business. I will begin to recommend that clients use home depot paint from now on.

Color matching damaged my door. I brought in my old furniture door to color match. When I returned to the shop to take the paint and my door, the store painted on the door and tried to dry up (oil paint) with hair dryer. My door where the paint was heated up, was bubbled up. Now I have to strip the whole paint from the door.Sorry but damage is already done...and the paint I paid for after 1 gallon was $89.Nope, last purchase with Sherwin.
