They did a terrible job On re-sealing my rear window They said they were going to fix it. The next day showed up and they were closed. I messaged the person that did the work Told me she was doing another job The windshield was replaced and there’s missing clips

I called in advance to have a chip repaired on my windshield. Get to the place and they said they couldn’t fix. No reason why. It is not bad enough to replace the windshield. Less than an inch big. Dont even waste your time, horrible location, poor staff.

I called the number ending in 7589 the guy told me to come down to the shop. I drove 30 minutes to get there for him so say he’s out of the country and that he will check with the guys why didn’t he check the day when I called. Instead of wasting my time to come here.

We got a rock chip on our new van we just bought. Simon said take the next exit and we'll fix it. 20 minutes later, the chip was much smaller, and sealed to not crack further. It was affordable and quick. Don't judge the old auto shop rustic exterior, they do a good job for much less than commercial dealers.

Truck was broken into back window shattered, called Simons, he fit me in the morning of the next day, installed in less than an hour and vacuumed broken glass. New window matched factory tint of 2002 GMC, Pd $245+ tax. To me a very fair price, for a very professional job.
