If I could give negative stars I absolutely would me and my hubby just recently visited this store and our cashier KARLYN was very rude and it was unnecessary how do I know not to put the items on the counter but for you to snatch them off the counter and toss it back in the wasn't necessary as well WITHOUT US CUSTOMER YOU WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB TO so try being a little nicer and not so rude to ppl maybe a smile

RANDI S. Please work on your customer service. She was so rude when I went in. Their carts are not child friendly so I had to put my toddler in the basket. When I was about to check out a customer there mentioned how cute my toddler was and if they sold any more of them. Randi came up and said “I guess some people don’t know how to read, it says do not place child in cart”. Her comment was very uncalled for. I DO know how to read Randi, thanks for your concern though. And I was holding on to my child on the cart the whole time. Maybe try carrying a 26 pound toddler around the whole store, since you feel the need to make rude comments about customers.

I don't want to leave a one star for this because i haven't actually been to this store but I called to double check on the hours they are open because online it said hours may vary today. Well, the lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude that I didn't even want to leave three stars. Please, if you are having a bad day don't take it out on callers, it was so rude of you to hang up on me without saying anything after I said thank you so much, now I don't even want to go to this store. The hanging up on me was not the only rude thing, she was rude through the whole interaction.

Update: I’ve been able to go and happy I have lots of stuff. Happy to have gotten all my coffee syrup needs.
Will give more stars if they are open the last few times I’ve tried to go they have signs on the door saying something happened and they are currently closed, then closed for remodeling. Google saying they are open but you get there and something has happened and they are not gets old fast.
