Hi I'm just writing to say coming from out of town and moving to another town can be stressful..as I'm staying in a hotel can be pretty spendy I need a storage that was close but helpful to my needs .I found smart stop storage and clicked it right away . When I came to the store to finish my paper work and get my storage.i found TJ very helpful . When I get stressed out I talk fast but he made me feel comfortable with a smile and laughter. Made me feel welcomed.

Wonderful experience here helping my friend move her stuff in. Grayson went above and beyond, hardworking, polite and answering all of our questions. He truly ensured we had a great experience here! And I would recommend anyone trying to find a place for storage.

Rented a space online, took (3) days to physically meet someone in the office to sign paperwork and get assigned a unit causing us to be a day behind on plans. Nobody would answer the phone or be in the office the 6 times we went! We arrived to unload our items and when we opened the unit it was disgusting! Floors not swept and you could see little bugs all over. The unit stunk like mold and mildew as you can see the walls were disgusting. We immediately called and nobody was in the office once again. Called the number listed on the door and was told someone should be there. They offered to clean the unit but would take a couple of days. We asked for a refund and left! It’s been 2.5 months since the ordeal. Everytime we call we are told they are working on it. They have a new manager and can’t do anything until she releases funds. I’ve asked for her contact and they refuse to give it. I’ve left our number and still no call or refund. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Spoke with TJ and Grayson.
