Went in to get a haircut and ended up talking for twice as long. Sofia was my stylist and she was a wonderful woman with just as amazing service. Would recommend stopping in here for a haircut if you are looking for somewhere new.

Sofia, the lifesaver!! Sofia was referred to me by my friend when I moved to Bothell-Millcreek-Everett area about 1.5 yrs ago. I was desperately looking for a reliable, flexible and quality service where I can go through my tenure in the area. After being disappointed by multiple one-time shops, I met with Sofia and it has stood up through all times. Sofia has been extremely flexible and trustworthy. She went out of the way to meet my urgent timelines and perform services that she had discontinued. I get compliments from my friends and colleagues on how my hair look always managed. Apart from her care of my hair, I feel that her love and care through coffee, cookies and food is something rare to find in Seattle culture. Thank you Sofia, the lifesaver for my hair.

I highly recommend hairdresser Sofia. she is truly a professional in her field. For a reasonable price it cuts a great haircut. I have changed many masters and I know what I’m talking about. She cuts men's, women's and children's haircuts and also does hair coloring. If you are not happy with your current haircut, then I recommend trying to get your hair cut by Sofia. I highly recommend this master, because I know that there are very few such masters and it is very rare to meet such a master, because clients are afraid to change the master

My son needed a haircut and by surprise I was also able to get his little friend (girl) to get her nails done all in one spot let’s just say I had two very happy 6 year olds on my hand. I also needed a haircut. So I went back today and oh my goodness i didn’t have a picture but she made my hair softer and lighter and made me look younger and I love the new look. Hien Nguyen is so talented highly recommend

Always friendly service and she gives good input for making the right choices when fading a longer hair style on top to a clean fade. Over 20 years of experience makes it an easy choice when I need to get cleaned up for an event. Not to mention she’s at least $5 or more cheaper than most places around.

I waited until today to get my nails trimmed. I waited until 10:30 to come here, I arrived at 10:40. The sign on the door says business hours Monday through Sunday 10:30 open time. And there's nobody here!
Then I tried calling the business number to find out what's going on, and the voicemail box is full!
Not professional.

Let me just say that I'm very picky about who cuts my hair lol. I tried Sofia once and now I'm coming back every time. She is knowledgeable, gentle and very nice . Her execution is on point . And I will be back again . I might post some pictures next time of the before and after .
