Experienced the worst customer service from any bank teller I have ever been to. Considering moving my business elsewhere if management doesn’t reach out to resolve this issue. Wasn’t even treated like a human being and it’s simply not ok.

Young girl with glasses just helped me at drive through and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Did not even ask if I wanted a receipt after making a deposit. Extremely unprofessional and made me feel so unsettled. She never smiled once, simply stared at me and nodded while doing my deposit. Very odd and think management needs to take better care hiring.

Kai was very helpful when I went in to the bank to make my balloon payment on my loan. I was extremely excited to learn that my balloon payment was much lower than I thought!!!
Kai was very helpful and did a GREAT job at explaining to me how much money I was saving.

Stopped by to open one additional account, ended up opening 3 total because of the wonderful assistance from two Member Services Agents that answered our questions and provided the wonderful solutions! Amazing people, amazing products, and anti-anxiety all around wonderful place to bank. Looking forward to a long relationship.

I have banked with Sound Credit Union for over a year. In the short amount of time I have been with Sound CU I have experienced absolutely the best service. They are knowledgably, friendly, and have structured my account to fit my needs. By far the best customer relations I have experienced with any bank!

Kai has helped my father and I on multiple occasions sifting through old bank statements to connect the dots while we are applying my mom for Medicaid. He has made this process easier for us and has done it with a smile on his face. Thank you Kai and Sound Credit Union!

The Everett Mall Way branch is nothing short of amazing. I go in about once a month or so and am consistently greeted warmly and by name. Jill the manager is very nice, and Kai (I think I spelled his name correct) is always so helpful. They make everything easy. Great location.
