How did this credit union get a 3.5*. Don't keep saving money there, they'll take all your money if you don't have transactions in/out within a year. This's a scam. Go to BECU.

If I didn't have such a good rate, I would move my car loan elsewhere. I autopay a week before my loan is due and over pay by about $50/month. And I still get past due emails. No one can tell me why. The best excuse is because I over pay... It's near impossible to actually get a person in the phone. When I question the representative about why I'm getting "past due" emails and express my dissatisfaction with the bank, they always seem annoyed.

Horrible customer service. Trying to make a simple external transfer of funds from my account to partners BECU account. Literally hours on the phone, on line, and in person. Very frustrating!!

Quick and friendly service! I use the drive up teller 95% of the time and have not had any problems. Currently only using their auto loan services but considering opening up other account services.

Terrible customer service. Was able to cash a check one week here no issues, the next I was told I am not able to and to go else where. Won't be opening an account here or doing business here. Thanks.

I refinanced my car loan through Sound Credit and my rate went down from 26% to 5% APR. Clearly, people complaining don't understand that a credit union requires average to good credit to be able to benefit from their services.

I applied for a personal loan over the phone and the out come was really bad causing a consequently denial for something that should be clear from the beginning. The application was over the phone with the branch manager, asking questions about income and rental history, and job history, the credit was run and the loans denied taking in consideration the short credit history, something that must be ask before to run the credit, it may be legal but it’s not ethical to cause a damage in the credit score if customer for an information that is easy to ask such as the length of the credit with the same level of income or rental history. It’s not about the score but the length of the credit score something that I could answer before to run the credit. The guidelines and policy of the lender should be design to help the working class not to hurt them, going to a cyclic damage of the credit score causing a lost in time and money for the customer. Recover from a hard inquiry takes time and money, and the lenders should “protect” the clients not hurting them. Ask and tell to the customer about the consequences of the process it’s not discouraging customer to apply for a loan, and the end it’s a personal decision for the customers and not the bank take that decision for them. I did my due diligence and the website, at least clearly, doesn’t say anything about the length of the credit to deny an approval, and off course that was not ask by the branch manager of this office. Not happy bending but lesson learned.

Couldn’t be more disappointed in this “bank”. Since covid happened, I’ve gotten zero help with my car payment. Even back in the beginning when I lost a job of 6 tears because of covid. At that point I had already paid half the loan back. And then when I need help you guys offered nothing. My sister is with BECU and they helped with 6 payments last year because of covid. I’m planning on using my 401k to pay of the remaining balance so I don’t have to deal with this awful bank anymore or the terrible customer service. Thankfully I switch to BECU they are amazing. Go above and beyond. If I could give zero stars I would.
