They received my car 20 min before closing because my front bumper came off and treated me incredible nice :) Everyone was super super nice and great work!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The owner Shane was so helpful and the ladies at the front desk were also so kind. This business seems to be ran with a high level of integrity and that’s rare in the auto repair industry.
They will be the only auto body shop I’ll go to and recommend from here on out.

If you're looking to avoid the growing number of chain and assembly line body shops, and want personal attention paid to your vehicle, this is one of the last remaining good shops. There aren't many places left that treat you right, most are just interested in getting an insurance check. These guys are the real deal! Highly recommended!

When there was a delay in getting the right parts for our car from the manufacturer due to circumstances beyond their control, they went out of their way to rectify the issue and make the experience as good as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

After having a deer run into the side of my 2023 Corvette, I was apprehensive about where I could have repairs done by a qualified shop. After doing some research, I settled on Special Interest Auto Body even though they were about 2 hours away from me. I've heard horror stories of shops taking vehicles for joy rides, so photo'd the mileage while parked at the front of their shop. They did a nice job of color matching a difficult 3-stage red, and after tire replacement and alignment, only put one mile on the car. Not the cheapest shop around, but as they say, "you get what you pay for". If you've got a "special interest" car, this is the place to go.

Miss Theresa set me up for my appointment, explaining every detail; her men in the back took over and did an amazing job on my vehicle...like that raccoon had never torn up my front end! Awesome service and JOB WELL DONE!

One of the best autobody shops around! I own/operate a mechanical auto repair shop in Everett (Automotive Unlimited) and we refer all our customers in need of autobody repair there and we also bring our own vehicles there as well. Top notch work, by a great company.

Special Interest worked with our insurance to get our vehicle properly repaired. One part to complete the repairs was not available and we had to wait for it. Special Interest kept us informed of the status and got the vehicle done after the part arrived. Our car looks like nothing ever happened to it when it was returned to us.

The quality of the repair work was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and communication was great. They performed the work quickly and easy to coordinate with insurance.
