I bought a $180 Benchcraft knife at the Everett store. When I purchased the knife, I asked the clerk if I could return the knife it I choose to. His exact works were "yes, as long as it is in sellable condition." So the next day, I decided I didn't want it, and went back to the store to return it. The clerk said "you can't return knives", and pulled out a piece of paper behind the register showing what items could not be returned. I told him that I was specifically told by another clerk that I could return it. I asked for the manager, and explained to him that there were no signs anywhere in the store that knives could not be returned. He said "You will have to talk to corporate about out signage." I couldn't believe it! What a crappy place.

Gun buyers beware - I ordered online because they have decent prices and a big selection, only to find out that they have a 2+ hour wait for walk ins and recommend scheduling an appointment that is frequently a week out(no mention of this on the website or when they call to tell you your gun arrived). They also only give you a 14 day window for pickup even though you pay in full up front and then hold your money until the next month. My order was placed Nov.26th, received in store Dec. 1st, cancelled Dec.14th and refunded January 4th after 2 trips to the store and 5 phone calls.I'll be sticking with FFL transfers from my local gun shop from here on out.

STAY CLEAR OF THE GUN SHOP HERE!!! AARON IS A RUDE “supervisor” The gun shop is a disaster!!!! Every person here is completely rude!!! They wait to call you the day before your paperwork expires then call you a liar when you prove the call didn’t come in time. Aaron I guess the supervisor is way out of line the way he talks to customers!!! Brad is a major grumpy dude!!! I’m so beside myself I will never buy another gun through these jerks!!!! I will be reporting these guys to who ever I can! They are abusing the rules of engagement when it comes to purchasing firearms!!!!!!!! And being absolutely out of line with every single customer I’ve seen them deal with!!!!

A pair of running shoes that I was interested in were advertised online as available on sale for a price of $70 at the Everett store, so I drove all the way up there only to find the shoe at $140. "Not on sale" the lady said...so I left with nothin'. :-(

Terrible customer service from the manager of the gun department. I purchased a bow for my 6 year old. Then after going home I realized it wasn’t even the same bow that was advertised. So I tried returning it and was told that it wasn’t possible, so I asked if they can at least exchange it for the one that was advertised and showed him the missing peepsight missing knock ring, and missing quiver and the fact that it wasn’t even the same color. And the manager was rude and pompous about the entire situation and told me “your just kinda stuck with it. Nobody in the store told me I couldn’t return it after purchasing the bow, so I thought he would be reasonable and see that it wasn’t even the same bow that was advertised and at least exchange it but I suppose human decency is just fine these days. I Will never shop at this store again and suggest others to not get screwed over by the sportsman warehouse in Everett Wa.

I recently purchased a pistol from this store, expecting it to come with the ROMEO1 PRO Optic as shown in the product's photo. However, to my dismay, the pistol arrived with the ROMEOZero PRO Optic instead. This not only misled me about the product's features but also significantly affected its functionality for my needs.Despite reaching out to customer service to address this discrepancy, I received no satisfactory response or solution. It's frustrating and disappointing to encounter such misleading advertising and lack of accountability from a business.I advise potential customers to be wary and double-check all product details before making a purchase from this store. Their failure to deliver what was promised and lack of responsive customer service has left me with a negative experience.update: that ROMEOZero PRO optic is broken, not adjustable.

Allowing Washington state to backdate their new gun law to purchases made after Dec 14 2023, instead of Jan 1 2024 when it became effective, makes this business complicit in taking away 2A rights. Will never purchase here again.

The building is huge with a lot of things to shop for. Everything from outdoor clothing to fishing, hunting, and camping gear. The staff was friendly. I will be visiting again!

Gary helped me purchase several items .Even though they were absolutely swamped right before the end of this year (2023) he made sure I received the perfect product for my arthritic hands .He was kind , knowledgeable, considerate, he went above and beyond to get all the extras that I needed. I now feel safe and very grateful for his kindness. He may be young but he’s an old soul and wise beyond his years.This young man is going to go places. Expect him to give you excellent service , his knowledge and his full attention. I’m so much wiser and more comfortable after his help ! Thanks Gary ! ?. I know I’ll be seeing you in the future ! I’ve never had any problems at my Local Federal Way, Sportsman’s Warehouse, but this gun that I ordered was only available at the Everett location. Never received an email that the gun was ready. I never got a phone call called multiple times left multiple messages now I find out my order was canceled. Spoke to Manager Carl and he said I had to order it again. His excuse was there the number one volume gun sales so they cannot keep track of everyone’s orders.Never ever buy guns from this location!!

The wait time in line is unexptable. To purchase a shotgun it took 6hrs of waiting plus drive time for the three combined trips it takes to get it done
