Not a single “hi welcome in” not a single person greeted us.
Went in to get some graduation announcements made and printed. The print area said full service wasn’t available. Two employees one solely doing Amazon returns another possibly working on prints. No eye contact no acknowledgment, as if they worked in an office without customers and we were an inconvenience to their day.
This is way places like Canva, vistaprint and online services are thriving. I don’t have to speak to a person but get better customer service then going in person.

I DREAD dropping any Amazon returns off at this location. There’s a man and a woman who NEVER smile, no hello, no anything. You can tell they are either miserable in general or they really hate their job. It feels as though I’m am an inconvenience for them. They probably need more staff, but this place seems like such a drag, why would anyone want to work here.

I went to buy some plastic boxes at Staples Evergreen Way. They have a very friendly and polite cashier. Very helpful. She is an old woman probably 80 or 90 years old, but she is just amazing. I really appreciate how she was with me and others customers . Thank you for hiring this woman.

I have always had positive experiences whether shopping or sending packages. I really like their recycling program for printer ink cartridges.

I have tried going to this location on 3 different occasions and each time still having between 10-15 minutes before closing and someone is always turning paying customers away and have some excuse for not letting you in the store. And they do it extremely rudely! Today’s excuse was they restart the Amazon register each night for the next morning but they do it before closing so they can’t help anyone, especially when it takes less than 2 minutes. I own two business and this is complete garbage/dumpster fire customer service. Have a little respect!!!
Oh and please don’t comment back Staples. I’ve seen your lousy response you give everyone on here!

Super frustrated with their printing department. According to one employee the manager must have "forgot to call" before their shift ended to let me know they were cancelling my order and not honoring the one time copyright use. So instead I waited around all day for a call that didn't come, only to find out I didn't even have an order anymore when I called to check on it 20 minutes before closing. Communicate with your customers.

I had a difficult time finding an associate who could help me but overall the service was great, store is immaculate and the Amazon drop off is a nice feature.
