Great customer service. Big store with a number of associates in the store. Understandably it was a busy time. I was quickly helped by Abiel. He was very friendly. He brought the watch from backroom and quickly set it up for me. Within 10 minutes I was out. Outstanding service.

People who knew their business even though I walked in 4 minutes before closing they managed to take care of me got me all set up I just all I had to do is walk in put the SIM card in my phone and I was good to go way better than the stuff I had to go through with family Mobile that didn't even take wasn't even compatible with my phone and now I can't even get my money back so I wasted $70 people at T-Mobile are polite they know what they're doing and they do it quickly and efficiently The stores are clean and nicely arranged and the comfortable place to do business I would recommend it to anybody

I am an electronically illiterate senior citizen. My son recently purchased a phone for me. I was in need of a lot of assistance setting it up. Poor Hanna was assigned the dirty job. Due to some complications, we met a few times. I was apprehensive due to my lack of knowledge. Each time she was understanding, patient, polite and friendly making me feel comfortable. This is not always the case concerning young people. Hanna is efficient, professional and respectful. She deserves a raise!Karen Wood

This is the first time my brother and I visited the store in Everett Mall Way and we will never came back. We stopped by to changed our phone plan and asked the associate to explained more details the best deal T Mobile is currently having. All she told us is "You can look it up online". She didn't give me eye contacts and kept chewing her gum since I sat down in her table. Then guilt me smacking the table and said that I was disrespectful while she was giving us the attitude when we asked more advance questions about our current plan and the plan we are planning to change. Of course, we ended up keeping our plan instead of changing. I've been with T Mobile for years and worked with many sale associates. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever have.

I added a line at another location for an Apple watch and it was set up incorrectly. Call and text with customer service got me no where. I went to this store because it is corporate, and Abiel helped me call customer service and have the plan for the line changed, the watch then showed it had service but was not connected, I figured it would take some time for the computers to work it out and was willing to leave assuming it would work out. Abiel continued to work with the watch until it was able to make and receive calls. All in all he spent about 45 minutes of his time solving my problem and I wasn't purchasing anything at this location, but I definitely will be in the future. Not messing with franchise stores anymore. Apologies if I didn't remember the correct spelling of your name, but thank you for the great service!

It looks like this t mobile store location consistently receives negative feedback from customers. And it is unfortunate that all T-Mobile does is respond with saying "we're sorry for your experience" (read previous reviews), but in reality doesn't change anything about it. The current manager (as of July 2023) at the Everett Mall location is very rude, impatient, and not helpful at all. I had an issue with a phone and needed to return it at the store. Because I wasn't able to be physically present I had an authorized user come in and return the phone. She was told that there would be a restocking fee of $70, but before going to the store I spoke to T-Mobile customer service representative over the phone and was ASSURED that there won't be any fees and I should go to the store to process the return. I then called over the phone to Everett Mall location to speak to the manager with the authorized user being there. He acted as if he didn't have time for us and pointed me to the "small print" on their terms. I explained that I spoke to the representative over the phone for hours and they even documented on my account that there WILL NOT BE ANY FEES to return the phone. The manager did not want to listen or even pull up my account and was sarcastic, talking at the same time as I was talking saying things like "great", "perfect" while shutting me up pretty much , and then just hung up the phone. That is so rude and unprofessional, I can't even call him a manager, because usually managers don't act this way. I then pulled up the fine print and it clearly said that the restocking fees for a phone under $599 is $30, not $70 like he was trying to fool me into paying. I had the authorized user come up to another employee in the store to show that fine print from T-MOBILE WEBSITE! And they said no, the phone is close to $600 so it's a $70 restocking fee. But then it clearly says that the phone is $599, not $600. SO THEY CONTRADICT THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! I ended up calling T-Mobile and had a totally different experience ( as I usually have good experience over the phone) and ended up just shipping the phone back without any fees. This is just ridiculous and such an improper attitude towards customers at the store. I call T-Mobile to action to closely take a look at the management and cases at that store. There are multiple complaints about the store's customer 'service' and ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN if you don't want to lose customers.

I visited the T-Mobile store on 15th street in Seattle and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. However, the store seems to be consistently busy, resulting in long wait times for customers. My suggestion is to drive by and check the parking lot's volume before going in, to avoid wasting your time waiting in line.

Went in today to the T-mobile store on Everett mall way with a couple of questions. Employee was very abrupt. It was 5/16 and was close to closing. He said to call corporate. I asked for the number to call them as I had called a couple of times before I went into the store with no solution to my problem. It irritated him to give me the phone number. Then turned and walked away. I went to the car and he came out in front of the door and smoked watching me leave very Rude employee.

Great customer service! I came into the store about 2-3 times since I was having trouble with my past service provider and they were helpful each time. I eventually gave up and went back to T-Mobile to trade in my phone. The whole process took about an hour and a half; Jake was super helpful and made the entire process easy!

My husband's phone screen suddenly stopped working last night and he went to get a new phone this morning. The employee refused to let him do anything since he was not an authorized user on the account and said I (account holder) had to physically come to the store with him and handle getting the new phone. This was particularly frustraing as we have a sick baby so I had stayed home and he had arrived right before the store opened to get it sorted as quickly as possible. Given this information, he came home to stay with the baby and I went up to the store. Upon arriving, the employee said it would be a 20-30 minute wait (after telling the person in front of me that it would be 10 minutes), I couldn't add him to my account so I would have to wait, and he became quite aggressive by getting in my face and telling me to calm down as well as threatening to ask me to leave even though I wasn't yelling at that point and have been a T-Mobile customer for a few years now. I asked why there wasn't a way I could add my husband as an authorized user another way or if they could have called me, but he insisted I had to be physically present at the store as he, personally, was unable to verify my social security number over the phone as it is illegal. When I responded that didn't make sense since Sprint and Verizon can add someone over the phone and there is an account pin, he became condescending. At that point, I yelled that I would be taking my business elsewhere, perhaps leaving T-Mobile altogether, and left the store. Upon leaving, I called the location on 128th Street and asked about adding an authorized user. The 128th St store employee shared I could add him by calling 611 which I did and was able to successfully complete both calls in 7 minutes. My husband is currently purchasing his new Samsung S23 Ultra at the 128th Street location where we will be doing all our T-Mobile business from now on and I strongly suggest others do the same!

I have very little technical knowledge about phones and phone plans, but Henry and Alina were super kind and informative. I'm thrilled with my new phone, and saved on my bill!
