I was having an issue with the app and the customer service desk was INCREDIBLY helpful. Really amazing work. Love my neighborhood store.

Good place to go for a few things or lot if you have a big family. Nice trip on the weekend, but weekdays the drive can be busy. Avoid the crowds and shop in the early morning. Easy to find what you need without ever being there before.

Selfishly I live a block away so I want this Target to be great. Having said that - there's some random things locked up and it can be a hassle. I get it, it's South Everett - but if beer is free to grab then maybe things like boxer briefs and toothbrushes could be as well

Someone named Juju stepped out of cashiering while there was a line of 5 people to go to Starbucks and visit the baristas, grab honey packets and eat them before returning to check out still eating packets. There is almost constantly a line with this Target with no self checkouts open and 1-2 registers open. Thankfully there haven’t been AR&T recently, but for a while they’d follow you around the store trying to get you to switch to their carrier.

This is a real cess pit of a store. I go because it is close to where I live, but honestly I'm considering driving well out of my way to go elsewhere. Half the items in the store are locked away in glass cabinets - with zero employees around to open them to access the items. When you do find someone to open them, they make it clear what an inconvenience it is to them - heaven forbid you need to read the lable or consider multiple options. Today I went through the self checkout - I have a disability and prefer the least amount of human interaction when out shopping (I wear noise canceling headphones etc). They must have recently changed these lanes to "express" and I was rudely asked by an employee if I thought I had the required 10 items or less. I told her no, I obviously had more to which she suggested I go get into one of the other miles long lines to wait again to check out. I told her no thank you and proceeded to check out, but the interaction left a very bad taste for sure. Do better Target, do better - Amazon is coming for you and winning the race imo.

Target is very easy to navigate has plenty of wheelchair accessible isles and those that are narrower have racks on wheels so you can widen the walkway for yourself

Horrible service from electronics department in Target.
Beware of the Everett store, they are very harsh and not helpful at all!
