If I could give less than a one star, I would. This company is absolutely ridiculous and could legitimately care less about their customers. They have harassed my wife repeatedly about her service animal even after providing documentation. The man actually came to the door of the store before we walked in to stop her from entering. What was the plan? Was he going to physically bar her from entrance? For what reason? The man actually told her that it was a shame one person ruined it for everyone else by allowing their non service animal dog to pee in the store. That is not the way ADA laws work. This is all after already having a conversation with the store manager who had also said something similar on a different day. After the initial incident I figured my wife would not have to deal with anything like that again but we were wrong. My wife contacted the manager again this morning and was advised that a discussion had been had with the employee and that a new policy had been posted but in my opinion it was simply not enough of a remedy for the distress that my wife had to deal with. It's extremely distressing to a person with a disability to constantly need to defend themselves about said disability.. Not to mention the fact that if this gentleman had even so much laid a finger on my wife to stop her from entering he would have gone to jail.Im not exactly sure what the proper solution is in this case other than a lawsuit but my wife is a kind soul who doesn't wish anyone harm so she wants to give them a chance. Personally I hope she never goes there again.
** On another note they are also very judgemental and rude when it comes to the tenants and travelers of the extended stay hotel that is situated ( and provides a lot of business to) nextdoor. They call the people crackheads or tweakers and that simply is not the case. Most of the people there, myself and my wife included, are here because they travel for work and/or are here being treated for terminal illnesses. The Extended Stay America is a wonderful company that provides discounts to families who are in town for extended periods of time receiving treatment. They deserve more respect from the people who's salary they help pay with their purchases. Do better Chevron employees, earn your minimum wage.
*** On a more positive note, my wife says the younger woman that works first shift some days is actually nice, helpful and offered the explanation for the behavior of the other employees. Perhaps she should be the one running the store. She does seem to have a much better understanding of how to treat her customers.

I had an unfortunate situation where I needed help. The two older white men were absolutely rude, towed my car. Used to be a regular but poor times show character. I could have died. Worst customer service ever. WILL NEVER RETURN. Not even decent human beings.

Just had the best car wash here! The man was so helpful and worked harder than I've ever seen anyone to make sure my car was clean and dry.

This place charges sales tax on items that are exempt from sales tax per the Department of Revenue. When stated to the employees that this is the case, they continue to do so without regards to the laws in place.

Was refused service this morning for not wearing a mask. Have PTSD and respiratory issues. Been coming here every morning for three years. Went down the street to 7-11–no issue. Will never return.
