Tony helped me with my car. I was shopping around for months before i bit the bullet and found an awesome 2007 honda pilot here. It looked brand new like LITERALLY new looking. It had an engine problem and got that fixed as part of the deal. Got a good price and i was treated really well like family. The people here are kind, honest, and respectful of your time. I was in and out within 2 hours. Thank you so much for the great service and thank you for treating me and my father so well.

It’s always great not dealing with pushy salespeople. Both Tony and Brian were way chill, laid back, no hassle, an all around pleasure to work with. They were straight forward and the vehicle was priced better than anywhere else I checked and I’d been searching for quite a while. I also liked that I got to test drive the vehicle on my own so I could discuss everything with my partner without anyone hovering. Very professional atmosphere and above accommodating. Not only do I absolutely recommend checking these guys out if they have something that sparks your interest, but I definitely will be keeping an eye on their inventory and would absolutely buy from them again!

The whole staff is great. My car come with a few bugs that needed to be worked out. They had to do some trouble shooting to figure out the problem. They took care of the whole thing with no expense to me. Ill be recommending them and buying future vehicles with The car Connection dealer ship in Everett.

I traded my vehicle in a couple months ago and got my now car from here. They have treated me right from beginning and even now they continue doing right by me. I would recommend this place over other used dealerships.

Great experience here. No pressure sales. Cale is a great dude. Bought plenty of used cars before so I new what to expect. Me and wife saw a sienna we liked, offered price and now happy with new family car. Cale even fixed the seat motor that went out. Definitely recommend coming here. They evem have their own service department.

To start, they do it a little diffeent at THE CAR CONNECTION. no one came out to me and tried to push something on me which was a PLUS, PLUS! I hate pushy salesman. Second I got to look at the car and drive it by my self. I was very interested in the car, it was clean, smooth, and had low mileage, so I spoke with Tony and he was very straight forward and to the point. No extra charges for stuff I wasn't looking for or extra charges for nothing in general, which was also reliving, they even showed me the price breakdown to insure me it was all good. The car is competitivly priced, I looked around and seen the diffrence comparison to other dealerships. Honestly, the price was fair. The person doing the paperwork, Bryan, was also true and honest. Talked me through the whole process and didn't rush me through it. Which also gave me ease of mind where I don't have to worry about signing stuff I am not sure of. The whole process was smooth and took less than 2 hrs. From coming in to closing on the sale. The car is EXCELLENT! No problems at all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Bought a 2016 Hyundai sonata and add a extended warranty to it. If you buy a used car, you need to buy extended warranty. It's a no-brainer. The guys over there are great my engine had issues. They took care of the problem right away. Yes I would recommend them. Me and my wife both have cancer and they've been taking good care of us. Thank you car connection

I’d recommend The Car Connection if you’re looking for some straight up folks. Good deal, quick, and they’ll make sure you are taken care of. My experience was unmatched compared to other dealers, I’ve been looking for a good amount of time now and glad I made my final stop two hours away from my home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free environment, ask the right questions, they’ll be answered honestly. Good team.

If i could give them 0 i would 1 they sold me a car that they turned the check engine light off as soon as i drove it off the property it came on for the p0420 catalyst converter bank one first they just deleted the check engine light to wait for it to come back on came back on then they soposably change the oxygen sensor said if code came back on they would go to the catalyst converter but only if the same code came back on but it switched to p0430 there mechanic if he was a real mechanic would know the real problem right away they kept throwing guesses around when we confronted them about it the guy did not like being confronted about turning the check engine light off even though clearly they did he started screaming at my husband very unprofessionally and said hes never welcome back at the property so basically getting out of fixing the car that they said they would and after praising so much that we dont want to sale cars to people that is gonna be a money pit well guess what he sold me a car with a bad catalytic converter and now my engine is done for so now i gotta pay on a car that i cant drive ive already spent $1500 in fixing this peice of crap now another who knows how much that i dont have the money to fix i should have just put that money in my Cadillac witch i was trying to avoid doing but i know my Cadillac would have done better and last way more time if i would have just invested into it sense ended up doing it anyways to this other peice of crap car
