I've been getting my mail here for about 6 years now. I love them so much! Bets is usually the one I have the pleasure of chatting with when I pickup mail or packages, she's down to earth and very kind. Sometimes due to work I can't pickup my packages right away and they've always been beyond patient with me and my stuffed mailbox! If you need a safe and fairly priced place to get your mail or packages please consider this little place, it's all you need and more.
Update - since my fiancé and I are having a baby soon, we’ve had a huge influx of packages of all sizes coming in. Not only had Bets, Candy and the other staff been beyond helpful as always with helping my fiancé carry things if needed or holding our big items for us patiently, they’ve been so caring and loving on a personal level about us as people and as new parents. Love you guys!

I had address problem, so I needed an address. Hence The Mailroom, 5 star reviews. Couldn’t pass it up. I got texts when a package came in. Nice service and friendly as all get out. If you need mail service in Everett, this is your place.

Betsy helped me send a very odd sized and shaped item out of state. I dropped off the large item. She packed it and then called me to tell me that it was going to be quite expensive to ship, and ask if I still wanted to send it. I gave the ok then stopped by on my way home from work to pay her. Such wonderful personal customer service. if you go in at Christmas time you will see a large pile of gifts that customers have given her. That tells you what you need to know. In this day and age of lowered expectation, you will find here someone who exceeds them!

The best mailing spot in Washington State. Very efficient, helpful, personable and professional. I enjoy seeing these people on a regular basis as I mail packages to my daughters monthly. They both have challenging/weird postal addresses several states away, and I always get exceptional personable customer service. And I can also buy a book, what could be better. There is a side business selling used books. I'm in heaven.

The owner (Betsy) is very people friendly and knows how to get the customers the best price possible. They also make label copies will fix your package so it will go through shipping to what ever country for a decent price.
