Had to come in last minute due to power outage at home. Customer service was great, helped me with getting access code when I used wrong email address by mistake rushing to pay for a day pass. I didn’t explore all areas and only stayed in main lobby by kitchen but it was clean and convenient.

Think Tank is a great work space—lots of light and a great variety of work spaces, very welcoming and easy to focus in. I love the design. I was only in Everett for one day and if I lived here would want to be here often!

Excellent meeting space. Just sign up, show up, and meet and concentrate on work. Like having an office manager. Friendly atmosphere. Technology and connections were a breeze. Lunch suggestions and amenities all taken care of. The meeting went well and a lot was accomplished.
