I love this pawn shop I really do. Everyone is nice, the shop is clean, the hours are good, and they always have really nice stuff. I occasionally get a loan on a firearm with them and I always feel that it is safe and taken care of while in their care.
Recently I ran out of gas on my way to work. My car was stuck in a turn lane and there was no one to help me so I walked to the gas station on my way back the car was being towed and impounded. I then had to walk an hour home.
Due to previous events this had a large impact to my mental state and I was now needing $500
when I couldn't even afford to get gas. Needing my car I gathered all the jewelry and what I could find and headed into their shop. Now I brought in a lot of stuff they were kind, patient, and informative.
The shop was busy and I ended up doing a sale and a loan. I felt like something was off and with so much going on, getting the cash of both transactions at once, being distracted, items not being broken down by price on the slip, and just being so overwhelmed I didn’t realize what it was. Out of all the stuff I brought in on the sale they decided to buy
•one Milwaukee vacuum without the battery
•1.8g of 8k gold
•5.8g of 14k gold
=$110
It’s my bad really for signing something I didn’t agree with. I’ll continue to go to the store just will pay more attention or will bring someone with me next time.

they’ve been fair with me. and honest. wouldn’t imagine they’d intentionally upset anyone for what they can or can’t or will or won’t take….
but biggest reason for 5 stars?
their google review responses they have for 1 star reviews. it honestly just made my whole week reading them. they’re great. take a gander and go read em. chefs kiss ??

If you've never pawned anything before, I suggest you go to Cash America first. That way, your hopes of getting a loan for the same price you paid for your item, will have been obliterated. NOW bring your item here and what you'll get is another offer that's soul crushingly low (for first time pawning), but it's typically better than CA's and probably the best around. When you're selling to a pawn shop, keep in mind that it's quick money and not good money. If you have the T&P, you'll get significantly more money selling on FB marketplace.
This place is worth driving all the way from Stanwood because every pawnshop in between doesn't compare.

Absolutely horrible service the (White) gentlemen/employee had an attitude and was not welcoming didn't know what he was doing made up a price without a smile. I was very uncomfortable trying to take in very good condition brand purse and wallet and was NOT negotiable at all will NOT return! I recommend going to a place else where they know what customer service means!

Purchased an item from this seller off of Ebay. Seller clearly advertised the item in non-working condition but I needed a couple of mechanical parts off the item. Listing's images showed the parts I wanted to be in 90% condition so I purchased. Shipment took twice as long to arrive, going from WA to CA all the way to NC, then finally delivered in CA. Seller failed to adequately package the item so it arrived damaged. When reported, seller claimed I switched with a damaged item, refusing to accept responsibility. Ebay attempted to contact seller but they refused to respond so a refund was issued. Do not do business with this seller on Ebay.

Muhammad!!!!! What a king! You deserve all the kindness and blessings. I came here to sell some old bags, and I ended up looking around as well and I did all my business and when I left, I realized I had left money in one of the bags that I sold and I had called right away when I realized, and the gentleman working, we're just amazing and everyone is so nice and business is so smooth, so not only do I want to thank you for being honest about me leaving my money, but just for your hard work and effort!!!
