If you have a BMW take your car somewhere else. Took X5 in for check engine light. They had vehicle for 3 days and couldn’t diagnose it. They then left rag inside engine bay blocking water drain and left OBD reader hanging. After spending $600 for nothing but an oil change and brake fluid service.
They also said to no longer come back after pointing out that they failed at their job. If you’re a disabled Veteran/military take your business elsewhere.
Attorney General complaint filed along with BBB.

Craig and team have been nothing short of fantastic. I was referred to them by my work (auto dealership) as we send all of our cars that they work on to them.I now take my 2016 BMW and they can typically fit me in quickly, are flexible with my schedule, and reasonably priced compared to the manufacturer dealership who wanted outrageous money for simple things. They even replaced my key fob battery while getting my oil change after I held off for about 4 months due to sheer laziness on my part lol. They are incredibly friendly and even send Christmas cards! As long as I have my BMW, I will continue to go to Turnkey.

I have a 1998 4Runner with 200,000+ miles. I needed a new transmission and boy did they do a good job at finding me a new transmission. It took awhile because the gentlemen in the front counter does ALOT of reseach to find you quality parts. It took about a week for the transmission to come in, was installed in about a day. The transmission found was fair in price and so was labor. They are all about integrity which is hard to find these days.Turn key auto, you will have my continuous business for my 1998 4Runner becaus god knows we will be seeing you soon for that old thing!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are great. My new go-to mechanic shop for problems I can't figure out myself. They are extremely nice and respectful, and surprisingly fast on fixing issues. I am very glad I choose Turn Key Auto Service to help me with my vehicle repairs.They will charge a fair rate, they know what they are doing, and they work hard to make sure your car is to your satisfaction.There is no one else I know of in this state that will provide this level of service and respect for the price.

The mechanics here are superb, Craig was my service guy , highly recommends for your automobile needs. They're diagnosis and maintenance to repair my BMW 328 xDrive 2014 was excellent. I will trust this shop for my future repair needs. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Craig and team always do a great job on my BMW. I never feel pressured to do unnecessary repairs and they always keep me informed on what's going on with my car. Would reccomend them to anyone.

Craig and the crew at Turn key automotive are the best. I never have to worry about them doing things that don't need to be done just to charge you more. They are great at communicating what is going on with your car and what it will cost. If your looking for a trustworthy mechanic look know further.

Guy at the front counter is extremely rude, every time I come in, he wont look at me in the eye, just the computer. Nor is he willing to help people, it seems he doesn't care AT ALL, I wont be coming back

We've been bringing our Volvos here for 10+ years. These guys are the best. They are 100% honest, customer focused and just seem to genuinely enjoy their work. I especially appreciate how committed they have been to helping solve a few really odd problems with my car. It is so rare to find a mechanic that you can trust. They are great at providing transparency beginning to end and do a good job of setting expectations about pricing and outcomes. I found Turn Key through a dear friend. I had traveled up from Oregon to visit her and my car started to overheat. I knew I had to deal with it quickly and didn’t want to take it to a random mechanic. She called Pat and he said “bring it up and I’ll take a look” He stayed late, checked it out and got back to me with a reasonable quote that night! As I had limited time he made sure it was taken care of quickly and was so professional in his communication. Their shop is very tidy and I felt heard and respected, which sadly isn’t always the case when I’ve tried to communicate car concerns with a mechanic. Thank you Pat and team!
