Great experience from start to finish. Danielle S. followed up right away to review inventory & send an estimate. She booked everything in less than 24 hours! Luna, Jefe & Nick C arrived early the next morning & were fantastic! They carefully wrapped furniture to protect during transport. Professional, efficient, caring. They expertly reassembled cabinets & tables. They were able to get all the storage items into a single room, allowing continued use of the other space. Highly recommend this team & company!

Update: the company reached out, wanting to make things right, which was appreciated. We have come to an agreement to help alleviate the trouble.
The estimate and scheduling process was fine and the prices were competitive. We also thought the actual move seemed fine as well until the very end. The kids loft bed also had the back railings put up in the front meaning they couldn’t install the stairs and slide that go on the front. This part we noticed while they were still here and asked them to fix it but they said they can’t, they needed to leave and would send someone Monday, as in yesterday. Nobody came. We also checked the re-assembled king bed after they left. Unfortunately there were issues as well. 2 of the middle supports were wobbly because the screws were no longer operable from probably too much force applied when tightening or something else. All in all, not the best experience.

The two men who helped me: Luna & Jefe were so quick, respectful and just great guys! They helped me pack a few boxes that weren’t closed all the way, they put items exactly where I wanted, and they moved efficiently! This is my second time using this company and I will continue to use them if I plan to move again!

From the get go we had a great experience. Without being able to assess the quantity of items in person, they provided us with a spot on quote. I really appreciate the low and high range given so we weren’t shocked at the end. The movers, I believe were Wyatt and Robert? We’re fantastic. They came in on time. They evaluated our items and made a game plan. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. I swear we turned our heads for a minute and the garage was empty. My mother is critical and she even complimented their work. Thank you to everyone! Couldn’t have gone better.
