I would give it zero stars if I could to match the amount of customer service and compassion this branch and bank has showed me. First they gave me access to 225 of my deposit wich I knew and it was gonna work out perfect for both parties (us bank and myself) then halfway through the night after business hours they decided to place a hold on the whole deposit amount wich is wild since the check was my Alaskan Native American check I get quarterly and have never had a problem clearing. Why does US Bank feel entitled to go against their word after telling me 225 would be available immediately and then changed their mind and now won't give me my check back. Is it becuase I am younger and Native American they feel they can take advantage of me and my finances. I was depending on this money to feed my 6 year old and Family and turn my phone back on so I can doordash while I'm waiting until next week when I start a new Job. This is completely unacceptable and plain wrong to do to your customers just becuase you feel like changing your mind. What am I supposed to tell my son oh sorry you can't eat for 7 days while this bank decides to flip flop their minds and change things up after a agreement has already been established. Shame on US Bank. I will never take my business here ever again.

Switched from BECU after our account was hacked and they had a whatever attitude, glad we did. Setting up a new account at US Bank was easy and not a bad experience. Walked us thru our new account options.
