They have messed up my dropoff, even though charged me for printing the return label with them. I have mailed them the return label and they have given me the receipt for it, when I came back home and tried tracking the package it is being delivered to a different location. I checked my mail to see if I sent the right return label and I sent the right one and when i try to track the one with the tracking number I mailed them it says that UPS is not in possession of the package and they still don’t have the package with them. I had some important stuff and some medication in the package, now I am so screwed.

I have returned amazon packets at many UPS stores and they have never asked me to purchase a UPS box. The assistant manager Cecilie was insistent that I purchase a box for amazon return quoting it is a policy. Other UPS stores have bag for packets and then label those packets.

Hello, I was trying to return something from eBay and print out a label which is impossible and Ceille From the Everett UPS took the time to navigate through my iPad to be able to print out the label. She was calm , kind, courteous and very savvy when it comes to tech help. I was so grateful she was there to help me because I’ve been struggling with this trying to do a return to eBay for four days now I can’t think of enough she’s top-notch employee She’s a true asset to your story thank you Anita

This UPS store I go to has always been very helpful and service oriented. I recently had a an especially complex shipping order and Cameron cheerfully and expertly answered all of my questions. He made my day!

Wow bad attitude. Like I know you're crazy busy, I just asked if you had a piece of tape and the glare and non verbal tapping your finger on the table... maybe don't work with the public if you can't keep your attitude in check.
