Taryn was amazing. I came in first thing in the morning thinking there wouldn't be too many people in the office. there was already a line but Taryn was efficient and treated everyone respectfully. She was able to go back and forth between everyone in a timely matter. I was very impressed. Thank you Taryn!

The label on my package was unable to scan, and the lady was able to print it out from my phone to the printer there at the UPS store.

Both associates are friendly, professional, fast, and helpful. Today I had difficulty removing a big box from a big tote bag. An associate saw I was struggling and was kind to hold onto the bag, making it so much easier for me to remove the box. Not only did it prevent frustrating embarrassment on my end (other people would have just watched and not cared with a stone face), but it also allowed smooth business right before a busy last half hour of business. We need more people like them in this world.

The team here is great--always friendly, quick, and efficient! I pop in often to drop off amazon/etc returns and am often in and out which is what I like.

Taryn was a life saver for me today!! Super nice, super helpful, and even though my stuff was a pain in the butt, she walked me through every step of it with a cheerful attitude. Would definitely request her if and when I need help there again.

I never leave reviews but the workers at this store made a very difficult day for me so much better.
After having a long and stressful day trying to get some important documents printed off and shipped out, the employees at this UPS were kind, helpful, and seemed caring! They didn’t act frustrated when I asked questions that they probably get a million times a day and they approached me and made sure I got the help I needed. I had to leave to get a few more things in order before shipping my documents out and ended up at another UPS store that was closer to my errands… It might seem small and silly, but it had such a huge impact on me to the point where I left the other UPS store and came back to this one because they treated me so much better.
I hope they see this and understand how grateful I am for their patience and attentiveness and that I am so glad I walked in that day.
