I received excellent service at this post office. Angela was not only kindness also efficient and faster to process 23 boxes of books that I sent to Puerto Rico.

worst USPS probably. Not enough parking on site. I had a package that they claimed no one was home and they left a notice. I was home all day, I checked all my cameras that no one came to the door all day, and there was no notice left at my door. The mailman just decided not to work that day or something and just took the package back to the facility and claim that no one was available to sign the package.
His laziness stresses this already super busy location that always has a huge line and lacking parking.
it also sucks that this location handles way too many regions and shouldn't be categorized as mukilteo at all.

My initial review was a 1 star rating, 2 yrs. Ago.
Now in 2025, this establishment has changed for the best!
The 2 Filipino ladies at the front desk are kind, patient, and informative!
They turned this place around!
Now, this is my go-to favorite USPS hub!

As many others said they were not able to deliver my package claiming that the address doesn't exist. Called about 100 times to get answered that they don't hold any packages. It's an extremely frustrating customer experience.

If I can leave it 0 star I would. USPS refused to drop our order or packages off at our front door. They refused to even go and look for our apartment number. Earlier today we had a package and their reasoning on why they can’t deliver it or had to return it was cause the package was oversized. Yet we were at home waiting for the package that should have been deliver to our door at 8:48am. This has happen more than 3 times and we have try to talk to them but they said they can’t do anything about it. Please do something about this or fired the people that can’t seem to delivered our package. Thank you.

I went in to this location because the package that was going to get delivered had the wrong address so they were not able to deliver it. I asked if there’s a way to change the delivery address, they told me to go online and do an intercept of package. I tried doing what they suggested, but when I went online and tried I could not because the package did not have a barcode.
I went again and told them so they gave me a phone number to call, I called and explained the situation, they said they were going to email the supervisor to get back to me. Waited for the call and never got it, I tried this three times only to find out that my package was getting sent back to the sender, this was after a week trying to get help from anyone but nobody seemed to care.

Such a terrible service they miss delivered my package to wrong address. And it’s been 4th time I come over they just note down my number and ask me to wait but no one calls back. And every single time I wait in hella long line for their slow service and after that I get nothing in hand except they note down my number they might be trashing the number right after I leave. Such a waste of time.

These ladies were FAST. Patient, efficient, by far the quickest post office I've been to. We are in Lynnwood but now have to go to this south Everett location. Which initially I was irritated at, but they are so much faster than the Edmonds post office, I can't complain.

Had to report this office to Head Office because they have a very sensitive document of mine in their hands that was delivered to the wrong address over a MONTH ago, and they haven’t responded to ANY phone calls from myself or other offices to check if the documents are there… One office even contacted them via email to have them reach out to me, and they didn’t bother. They’re supposed to be open to communication, ESPECIALLY with other offices if there’s a potential emergency. Absolutely terrible :(

The gals n there are not helpful and definitely have attitudes towards customers but whatever no body really cares lol
I’m here again today and the crowds gunna riot the workers are hiding in back not helping anyone I’ve been here so long this is crazy customer and clerks yellling

I have no idea why everyone is hating on this post office- it’s a post office. Staff were quick and helpful and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes on my visit.

Guy in the front is rude . Very unprofessional I recommend you make the drive up to Mukilteo postal office or go somewhere else ;)
