It should be a negative star. They do not offer walk in passport application services like their website describes. The lady working there was very nice. She recommended Granite Falls Passport Office and City Hall to me. Thank you.

3 of my packages have gone missing after dropping off in the last 2 months. I visit multiple times a week and drop off multiple packages. I always use SSK. Employees have no idea what happened to the packages, two didn’t even get scanned by a real person before going missing. I was told that if you are using the drop-off bin, that if the loading truck is available, they will take packages from the bin and dump them in the truck WITHOUT scanning. This means that the packages can get lost at any point and there is no record of handling by USPS employees. Beware and ship at your own risk here. I am going to avoid this location from now on, even though it is the most convenient for me.
Either there is an employee performance issue, or there is blatant package theft, and neither is being addressed.

This post office is not very efficient and nearly always crowded. Parking is poor, and they've recently removed their very convenient drive-up mailbox so one has to park and go inside to drop off outgoing mail.

They will never answer their phone if you call the office. The delivery driver for packages wont deliver packages to apartments. I manage a bunch of buildings in the area and ive worked with them to try and get them to leave tenant packages in the building and they wont. The driver doesn't even attempt, he just marks everything as attempted and takes it back to the post office. Some one in the goverment building should look into this.

I didn't really want to go there. I just got an email about a package that I sent to an offer up buyer. It was sent back to me. I have to get the process started over. Etc....

Absolutely garbage place. My packages is days late and they sent it back to Seattle instead of my house.

Other than being overly crowded, just fine. They worked quickly and efficiently.

In-office service: If you come in with patience, things are generally fine. Yes, the line can be bad at times... but what do you expect when the feds are trying to kill the postal service?
Delivery: This is hit or miss. Some carriers are amazing and actually care about their jobs. Others are freeloaders. 'Attempted delivery' twice in one day...and yet the carrier never visited the address, or whole city block?? We have video evidence that nobody ever 'attempted'. This happens too frequently on this particular route to be an accident.
