The prices here are BS! 30 dollars for a used dress! I will take my business to goodwill

Thrift store that is very nice, clean and reasonable. Love that they still have coupons and a dedicated weekly Senior Day.

For this value village being in Everett, it was rather clean and organized. The staff seemed nice

Decided to try here instead of Goodwill and glad we did. The prices are much better ($4-$15 per item), my bae and I got about 15-20 items for $80. There was a beautiful grandfather clock selling for $100, and market price is usually $1000. The store is pretty organized and clean, the self checkout was a little glitchy but the attendant was prompt to help

Very good selection, but there aren't any changing rooms. I was having to try on shirts in the isle. The most expensive books of any second hand store I've been to. They have gone from having cashiers to only having self checkout.

Found a beautiful kimono with its sash on a different robe. No price tag & they gave me a great deal, $7.

No checker mandatory self check while someone watches you do their job. I won't be back.

Please please please lower your prices. I used to spend so much money but I can’t afford to waste time looking through your stuff when the things I would buy are overpriced now. Leaving empty handed when I used to get a full cart.

I was very frustrated due to the fact that I picked a small clear glass with a small blue rim, from the non-priced cup section. When I went to get help with ringing it up in the self check•out line..they took it from me and added a 2.99 price tag. It’s not about the price, it’s about the principle of the matter!!! All clear glasses or 99 cents each!

I told the security guard there was a dog in a car in the heat barking for help and they refused to make an announcement for someone to check on the car citing policy. My policy is that's not village behavior so we won't be back. Who let's dogs bake? What kind of sick policy is that?!?

Worst of the Value Villages in the greater Seattle area, IMO. High prices, no public restrooms (every other VV around has a restroom), and you have to leave any bag bigger than a small purse in a locker by the main entrance.
The prices at all Value Villages stores are ridiculous now, and their return/exchange policy sucks. At least Goodwill allows you to return items and get store credit, AND most (if not all) of them still have fitting rooms. Value Village has gotten rid of fitting rooms, so you have no way of knowing if something even fits you before buying it. So if you get it home and find you don’t want it after all, you have to go back and find something that costs the same amount or more to exchange it for. And if there’s nothing in the store you want, you have to keep going back until you find something, or go out of your way to go to other Value Villages to try to find something before the 2 week exchange period runs out. Which is where I find myself now. I’ve been to every Value Village within 30 minutes of me this week, and I still have items I need to exchange. I wish they’d just let you bring it back and put the money on a gift card like Goodwill. I really just need to stop shopping at Value Village. I DEFINITELY won’t be shopping at this particular location again.

Prices have skyrocketed. I remember when it saved me money to go thrifting, now it's more expensive here than buying new in a lot of places
