I don't use the pharmacy but this location is a rock in our area, as so many other convenience stores are shutting down because of theft. These guys are still hanging in there with very helpful staff, we really appreciate it!

I hate everything about the workers at this place. Worst customer service ever. Inconsistent hours of operation. I can't tell you how many times they've sent a text to pick up prescriptions that they didn't even have in store.

Strongly advise on training your young pharmacy employees/cashiers on proper customer service/how to talk to customers. I'm sure i'm not the only one who doesn't appreciate the smirk on their faces.

They suck more than a hoover. 5 days later still waiting for the prescription that will be ready in an hour. They were nice enough to text it was ready so we could wait in line 30 minutes for them to tell us it was not. They deserve to go bankrupt! May their doors shut permanently & soon!
When they do, do not blame the big chains-or unfair competition. Blame Walgreens, their poor management, bogus supply chain, and their incompetent employees from top to bottom!

Very Slow.. if you didn’t take your prescription on the day you where have surgery and pick up the next day they will say there is no order even your request already in their system.. some of the staff are grumpy, some still take 2hrs to pick up..

I have been getting my prescriptions here for years, and I’ve never dealt with someone so rude & unprofessional. The pharmacist charged me $70 and then got mad when I asked for a refund because my daughter insurance covers the other brand. He literally made me cry. Not sure what his name is, but he doesn’t speak good English because I had to explain the situation to him multiple times and he literally yelled at me to get out of here and never come back and would not send her prescription to evergreen way where her insurance covers the other brand that they have. I will be talking to the manager in the morning. I have been using pharmacies for years seattle childrens and this one never once have I ever been treated so rudely and I’m not even sure if he refunded me the 70.00 how on earth does he think I have that kind of money to spend on a prescription my daughter is a liver transplant survivor we have all her medication covered by insurance. He screamed at me this “Thanks a lot $70 down the drain now I have to throw this away! Get out of here and never come back get out!” I will be back either way to pick up my prescriptions because I go in here all the time.

They were 15 minutes late opening. Their drive up window wasn’t open because they didn’t have enough staff. So, I went inside, had to wait another 20 minutes to be helped. They couldn’t find one of the two prescriptions they had filled for me. Now, I’ll have to make another trip there, hoping they can find the one they misplaced this time.I have no trust in this pharmacy filling my prescriptions. I will not use them in the future.

Filled both antibiotics quickly and about an hour before closing so I didn’t have to wait until the next day.

I made an appointment for an immunization and when I showed up the pharmacy didnt have the shots in stock and they acted like I should have called ahead of time to verify. What is the point of making a reservation then? Complete waste of my time and now im noy getting my shot on time because Walgreens is disorganized and understaffed.

Extremely rude staff!! I understand working with a schedule but seriously?? After being on hold for 15 minutes with the pharmacy instead of saying a word- they just disconnected me and turned off their line for their lunch break. Anything would have been better than that.

Zack was closing store 2 hours early n when I called him out he kicked me out! Threatened to tresspass me! he has lights off/ door locked n carts blocking the entrance! Refused to let the guy check me out. The pink haired employee screamed at him that I was complaining ( to my friend not to her) that they can't close early then she told me lets take it outside ! craziest trashiest Walgreens I've ever Been to! I go there at least once A week but will never return! This place is insanity !!!!
