The girl at Photo Booth is pretty idiotic. You asked 10 questions and she apparently only have one answer. I guess she needs to know her way around things and of course better customer service.

This is only for the pharmacist Kim. She’s awesome. Almost closing time and quickly solved the problem, filled my script and was pleasant and friendly! Lately this location has been rude, impatient and ignorant performing their work. But not Kim! Keep her around, give her a fat raise!

The personal in the pharmacy are extremely sarcastic and condescending. They do not do there job properly. They fail to help when there's a problem with the insurance company. I will no longer use there pharmacy. Beware

Called for a refill in the morning. Told me I can come get it anytime before 8 just to tell me they don’t have it & I have to wait 3 days before I have my medication. L pharmacy. L management. L pharmacists.

Pharmacy's Service is pretty bad lately. Seems like they're short stuff and I understand but they have been rude to customers also. I had so switched pharmacy because after 45 min wait, they told me that insurance didn't match the patient information. Went to CVS, no problem at all.
It's just not good service anymore.

Pharmacy is struggling and service/efficiency/accuracy is declining every time I interact with them. This includes in-person/drive-through as well as over the phone. The person in the pharmacy yesterday spent a half hour filling my father's Rx after waiting in line for 25 minutes and she must've not entered my prescriptions at all. So I called today and waited on hold until they went on a lunch break and offered for me to continue holding until after that or hang up. Errrrr Guess what? I'm on my lunch too! Acknowledging you see your customer waiting and thank them for their patience goes a long way... I felt avoided and she was purposely not looking at me.

This is the closest pharmacy to my house, and their service is consistently terrible, worst service.Every time I need a prescription refill, it takes 3-4 days. Recently, I placed an order on Tuesday, and by Saturday, they still hadn't started on it until I went in and asked. They don't answer calls to confirm if the prescription is ready, and when you go in, they tell you it will take another hour or even days. This means I always have to make two trips. Plus, I receive the notification that the prescription is ready only after I've already picked it up.

They take forever to fill prescriptions. Then if they take too long to refill it the system deletes the prescription. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my prescription. Trying to get someone in the phone to talk is ridiculous too. Other people are always filling in because they are undertrained and understaffed.

Been trying to get thru to the pharmacy for 2 days. They put me on hold forever, then switch to the ringer, again, forever, and then they hang up on me. They even say that there is only 1 person ahead of me and I still get the same runaround! Terrible service!

This pharmacy is not like it used to be...I used to get my prescriptions and my kids here,but because there was a change in their insurance they would charge me and when I took It elsewhere they didn't...
Recently I went and they said yeah we do accept this insurance and I was like so why did you guys told me you were not contracted with them?
Yesterday I had a bad asthma attack and I went at the ER ...I badly need the meds to breath and still a day after they don't have my meds ready.
