This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. In particular, the snarky, rude, condescending, smart ass phone manners of the pharmacy staff, particularly the young male it was my misfortune to communicate with at approximately 7:30 PM the evening of February 13, 2024, was totally unacceptable. His mouthy and inappropriate phone manners are emblematic of why I moved all of my prescriptions from this store to another. Avoid this pharmacy unless you like being treated like trash.

Pharmacy is so slow, no consideration said 10-15 mins it’s been already 2hr and so still no txt, already told them i’m in pain had 2 in plant surgery i need asap.

Had a very bad experience today at this store. I went to pick up an online Photo order and I got yelled at by one of the staff named Marvin. He raised his voice at me not once but TWICE. he’s mumbling his words and i couldnt understand so I asked him to repeat what he said and he proceeded to yell it out loud where other customers can hear and they even looked. He did it again the 2nd time when he asked if I want receipt. I said no im good and he said what? I said im good. He raised his voice again and said “ NO YOU ARE GETTING A DIGITAL RECEIPT”. It was very embarrassing. I honestly dont know what’s wrong with people these days. How could you be so rude to a paying customer who didnt do anything? Needless to say this will be my last time picking up an order here. So if you’re in this store and You see Marvin I would avoid him at all cost. He needs to go to an anger management class or THERAPY.

This specific pharmacy and pharmacists have very poor customer services. I have been trying to work with them for a month and they don’t even try to help. They have very limited knowledge and lack of communication. I wouldn’t trust the pharmacists that working there at all. Even it’s the closest one from you, I wouldn’t use this pharmacy.

No wonder this place have worst reviews. Nobody care about there customers. Went there three times today just to pick up prescription and I still don’t have my meds. First time I was there there was nobody in line and still waited ten minutes just to talk to someone and was told to come back in couple hours bc med wasn’t ready. Came second time four hours later waited 20 minutes and was told one of med isn’t ready told me wait ten more minutes. Well I had other appointments to go to couldn’t wait anymore. Came back third time the same big black guy with long curly hair or could have been woman told me same thing it isn’t ready. F this place. How hard is do your job and fill some med.

Albert is what makes me give this pharmacy any stars. Albert is so helpful and so lovely to speak with. I don’t feel rushed and I don’t feel like I’m wasting his time.They struggled during the pandemic. I would come and the pharmacy was closed because they didn’t have enough staff. But it continued after the pandemic got better. The stars would be 5 if I just dealt with Albert.

Sat in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru and then was told I needed to circle back around behind 3 other cars so the pharmacist could check for contraindications. This should be done before I'm notified the meds are ready. I expressed frustration with this but no one cares. Also, wearing a mask on your chin really doesn't do anything...

They always take good care of me. Sometimes my prescription is out of stock but that’s not their fault. The pharmacy manager is understanding and easy to work with. I would rather pay more for my prescriptions with them then go somewhere cheaper that is not as friendly.

If I could leave a zero star review I would! This location has no grocery carts! They have about two or three; all of which they use in store. Customers are not allowed to use them. They use them for really important things… Such as filling up the grocery cart with cardboard boxes, or maybe put in a grocery cart in the photo area with a sign on it… Never mind that it’s empty, and there are customers who want to shop who need those grocery carts! When asking an employee about this the answer that I got was “they took all of our grocery carts and we don’t have any left“. I explained that I have osteoarthritis and it’s about 35° outside right now and I am sore. I asked if the expectation was that I carry my things around the store? The answer that I received was “yes“. If I have to carry things around the store with me in order to shop here, I elect not to shop here this is not only inconvenient, It is cruel. I’m all done supporting this location.

Worse service ever. Been calling since yesterday to get an update on my prescription and they don’t care to answer the phone. When they do that hang up on you and you recall and all the sudden there is like 7 people ahead of you to get answered. Second it’s a pharmacy why on earth you don’t open the weekends like wow my clinic send a new prescription on Friday didn’t get it until Monday and late right before they closed. This was a great place maybe a year and a half ago. Now if your looking for a new pharmacy don’t come here look for something better.

Had an appointment for a Covid booster today. Arrived 15 minutes early per the reminder email I received yesterday, walked in, and saw the pharmacy was closed with a sign that said "No pharmacist on duty so the pharmacy is closed today." The very least they could have done was called/texted so I didn't waste a trip.

The pharmacy is OK when it's actually open..However it's now extremely common for me to suffer for days without meds that I require to function due to inconsistent hours.. This has actually impacted my quality of life. I'll be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else asap, I can't take it anymore.
