Worst ever customer service at the pharmacy. Lack of communication between the workers there. Ended up waiting 2hrs to get my prescription, because one lady can't communicate effectively with her co-workers. Had to call the clinic twice to call the pharmacy, but the same lady has no damn clue what's going on and kept saying no-ones call, not even thinking to ask others. Of course I was right, and they did in fact call twice. She was lazy and didn't do her job correctly(the dark skinned women)

It's not the employees fault. It's corporations. If Walgreens wants to lock up their merchandise--they need to have more employees on the floor.

Store was clean. I went to the pharmacy although they were busy behind the glass they originally told me my script would be ready in an hour which was no problem. The pharmacy staff seen I sat to wait and knew I was not feeling well. I appreciate that within a short time I was called to the window. For the staff to go above and beyond for me I can say it meant a lot that I was able to get on my way quickly. Thank you to all the pharmacy staff for acknowledging my needs when they didn’t have to. Highly recommend this Walgreens for your pharmacy needs.

Clearly don’t care about their customers, can’t bother to pick up a phone and let customers know when medications are out of stock, miscommunication between staff, etc. avoid like the plague.

Got a passport photo taken here. The camera was the oldest most outdated thing ive seen. Couldn’t believe the quality they charged me for and sent me away with. Not sure the passport agency will even accept it.

Is there ANY Walgreens that isn't a POS? I have ZERO idea how they stay in business....maybe all the Amazon returns keep them afloat?? Their photo department is total crap, their employees are typically less than interested in being there and their Rx is completely useless. I've decided to end my once every few years test of their usefulness - I will just patiently wait for them to go out of business.
