Tried to call (any/all departments) to see if a product is there that's not food, and not a single department answered the phone, why have one? I live far enough away I have to ask before the 40min drive for one item.. 🙄 🤔

DO NOT SHOP HERE DO NOT DO CURBSIDE ORDERS! AVOID THIS PLACE! they are a bunch of racists and disrespectful humans. My father who doesn’t speak proper English who his wife speaks perfect English wanted to do a simple return where the app says only to show the QR code and they’d scam and do the rest of the refund. The man who was helping my father cut my dad off and started saying word for word my dad was a man who was incapable of speaking English meaning he didn’t want to interact at all with him even though his wife who speaks perfect English was translating and helping him. He then after started being extremely mean to both my parents and ignored him till he left the line. Which then a worker right after offered to help even with my mom being the translator when the other worker said he doesn’t have to and doesn’t want to. The lady who helped my dad/mom said they needed a receipt and the card they paid with to do the receipt when the app says how the refund would work. We can’t provide a receipt when it’s literally an online order and the receipt is via online via QR code! They then sent my dad home and were very disrespectful and even discriminatory of his ability of not fully speaking English when my mother does speak fluent English. I will find a way to get my refund and make sure everyone aware of these workers and how discriminatory they are towards Hispanics/people who can’t speak English.

Very slow service at pick up, they need to hire more people! Also the pickers need to be more careful some of my food was spoiled and most cans dented. Probably won't be coming to this location anymore.

Last night I went to this location to get a drier hose and I asked a worker where I could find it and very rudely said we don't have those..I said ok thank you and no reply from this ugly bald man...so I keep walking and asked another worker who took the time to tell me in which isle it was,and I found it.
Some people should not work with public if they get bothered if a customer needs some help.

Walmart’s are Walmart’s, so there’s nothing I can say about what they sell that makes this one special. However, of the Walmart locations in the north of Seattle area, this one is the cleanest and has the most helpful and friendly staff. Possibly due to its proximity to the freeway and/or its distance from the rest of 99 on Evergreen, this one seems to move pretty quickly, line wise. If you’re looking for something cheap and a fast friendly visit, pop over here for your shopping trip.

I'm only speaking on the grocery pickup using the app. Everytime it has been a flawless pickup. Every worker has been very kind and courteous. I'd definitely pay attention to the times the recommend are their busier times, because there will obviously be a wait. However, most of the time it has been quick. I will say the last few orders an item has been missed and a couple of times was given expired meat. However, the return/refund feature on the app was extremely easy to use.

The prices are good for the variety of products. I just took a friend this afternoon, and I didn't go in. It is my favorite online and delivery store. I have at least 3 deliveries a month. I have more than 3 sometimes. They have gotten much better with the delivery services.

Yikes what a bad experience today. I went to get some liquor and waited 20 minutes. FINALLY someone came over, when I complained, they said the call button was BROKEN. totally unacceptable

Very obvious that some of the employees here don't care about the job.
I know its walmart and I'm not expecting stellar over the moon service but sheesh the guy in the deli took his sweet time with orders and just said "here" when he gave me my item. What's that?
