Very frustrating experience. The young lady at the counter was so mean. I have a bank account there and was helping my neighbor, who has a disability. She wanted to deposit her check. The girl was incredibly rude—Jesus.
First, she said they couldn’t accept my neighbor’s ID, which we had made online. Then we came back with a temporary ID from the DMV. Before we could even explain, she immediately started asking for a passport and Social Security number, pointing her finger like she was talking to children.
We were just there to deposit a check, not cash it. She made us feel so nervous. She seriously needs training. My neighbor was planning to open an account, but the teller’s rough attitude made her decide never to go to Wells Fargo again. Not once did she say ‘please’—and that’s while serving senior citizens. No respect at all

Bad service, and there is almost no staff at the place, a guy was about to pass out in front of me and nobody cared, he asked for a chair and the security ignored him.

Long wait at the bank from right when they open at 9am, I was trying to get some cash and they only had 1 employee at the front helping someone else which took forever, super disappointed with the poor service there, long long wait only to get cash, never going back to this location again, they were full staffed but all of them was sitting. Bad experience.

I came today to opening an account and met with a new employe. I understand that it takes time for this new employee to finish her Work but it is unacceptable to have her doing by herself without any other employees nearby or available to coach her It usually takes 30min but today it took 90 minutes this is absolutely unprofessional manner that made customers waiting that long

Erendria or however you say her name is the most unfriendly teller I've ever dealt with. Her name tag says she's a customer support specialist or something which she completely fails at. No wonder so many people are closing their accounts at Wells Fargo - poor service!

This is the worst WF I've ever been to. The line is ALWAYS long. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and somehow the line is still long. I genuinely can't understand how they're this understaffed

Update. For the love of god staff your store. This place is ridiculous. Every single time its a HUGE line and no one working. C'mon its been 3 years. If it wasnt where my business chose to bank i would definitely drop themGreat staff for the most part but as a local GM my company banks here. It takes a huge portion of my day to get deposits done. Typically waiting 30 plus minutes in drive thru, 20 min inside.

Spent 50 minutes in the drive thru. Once the teller greeted us it was another 10 minutes before we left. An hour at the bank drive thru on a Saturday morning is ridiculous. Looking for a bank with better weekend hours because this bank is a waste of time.
