HUMUNGOUS shout out to Westra Sports and the epically AWESOME Neil for fitting me in the MOST COMFORTABLE BOOTS EVAH!! I'm soooo stinkin happy!! At 49 with "athletic" calves, injury issues, etc ...it was quite the task getting me fit! Neil took his time, never made me feel bad, was just all around an amazing experience!!! Skied in Whistler this weekend in total comfort!! Also shoutout to our sweet Francine!! Always good to see her and grateful for her expertise in the ski pants department!! After ordering the entire internet worth of pants, who knew the PERFECT NILS pants were waiting for me in my own backyard! Huge reminder to #shoplocalfirst! Been a huge fan of Francine and Crew for a long, long time and this experience was no different!

I went in tonight with my husband and daughter to have my ski boots fixed because they were absolutely killing my feet. The ladies were all so helpful and patient. The one who helped me was incredible. She helped me try multiple things to improve the comfort of my boot (it definitely took some time) and they feel SO much better. They also were very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips/advice. Definitely our go to ski shop from here on out. Such a good experience.

Went here for a full board setup. Staff was friendly and nice and even held the board for me because it wouldn't fit in my vehicle. They gave a great discount too.

Best place to get your snowboard tuned! Brought in my beloved YES Greats for a full tune. The job they did exceeded expectations. Edges were sharpened with precision and brought back to life and the base grind/wax were silky smooth. The board rode like new when I took it up to Blackcomb for spring riding. Thanks again for your amazing service!

Really helpful staff who do everything they can to make sure our family is outfitted with the right gear for a good time on the slopes. They're quite resourceful with boot mods and meticulous in getting every detail right before we leave the store.The team is friendly team and genuine with plenty of expertise and good listening skills. They instill confidence that we're going to have a great time on our next trip to the hills and that they're *always* helpful with any issues we discover with our gear the next time we stop in.Not the widest selection of products and they're very upfront and honest about that--They'll even tell you where to look for whatever they don't have. But they do have inventory suitable for most skier's and riders. They really can be a one-stop shop for most people and their prices are reasonableImportantly, they also offer many of the services found at the bigger shops for whatever gear you bring in or buy there, including binding mounting, extensive boot mods, tuning and waxing, etc.

Great helpful staff! My daughter was throwing a tantrum in the parking lot before entering the store and Chris came outside to cheer her up. He brought her a picture of a lion with him and she really liked that. She calmed down and we were able to go inside the store. The young lady at the front was extremely helpful she showed me all of the gear I needed to set my 2 daughters up for their first time snowboarding. She also held all the items as she showed us around the store. While shopping Chris came back with bottled water for my once tearful child. Such amazing people and great local store!

Called to get cost to get my snowboard waxed. Told me $25. Went to the shop and they told me $25 for wax, extra $5 for edging. I went for the extra. Went to pick it up and they charged me $45. When I complained the lady kept saying $30 is for one ski. AVOID THIS PLACE! Either derelicts or con artists.

Went in there for a boot fitting and Neil is amazing. I found a good candidate but ultimately ended up buying elsewhere. Due to the A+ customer service I returned to mount bindings and Brian was great. I got carried away with people in forums saying my particular skis should be mounted 2cm back from factory recommended, but Brian called and suggested I go with the factory mount. Just about anyone else would take the money and do the work, but he went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I'm loving my skis thanks to him!

My son and I went in today to rent our equipment for the season and had a very positive experience. All of the employees were friendly, professional and careful. They took the time to answer all of our questions, they made sure the gear fit us correctly and they had options available for anything else we might need. They offer a wonderful service!

This is a wonderful family owned sports shop. Tuned a pair of ski's for me and went above and beyond what was requested. Also did this work for a reasonable price! Quality work, reasonable price, very helpful, and friendly.

Friendliest staff with undivided customer service.I recently came in for a ski mount with outside equipment and it was the fastest mount I have ever seen or heard of. I wish I would have given this shop that business due to the easy and fast experience. I also watched a small family get outfitted for rentals within less than 30 minutes.During the mount, Mary helped me find new ski pants that were size inclusive. I felt extremely welcome at this shop and can't wait to come back to support this business. Least stressful ski shopping experience I have ever had.Lastly, something cool that I learned about Westra is that they have at least four ski instructors on Staff.Other random comments: easy parking for carrying gear in and out of your car.
