Administering of the process is what stood out to me. Tyler gave great advice on what to fix up, what wasn't as important and emphasized the importance of a pre-inspection. The team came to facilitate the staging, the photographs and marketing collateral were phenomenal. We were on the same page on pricing strategy, well thought out. Debbie was our WARRIOR. Everything that could've gone wrong did go wrong while we were trying to sell our home.
