The house was put on the market in August of 23 and sold March 2024 Rob and Sandy were instrumental in guiding me through this very long process. With the interest rate at 11% and the fact that the House was in a 55 plus Neighborhood there was not hardly any interest from buyers. Rob was by my side all the way , Froom keeping the sign up after wind storms to helping me find repairmen to make small repairs on the house ,he was on top of smoke alarm issues and was always able to talk to me about all the different things that would come up. Rob and Sandy were always kind , understanding , patient and always full of knowledge and expertise . Rob guided me through all the paper work of which i would of been lost and overwhelmed with out his help. it has been a privilege to work with such a top notch Real State team as Rob and Sandy Racz .

Nate and Syd went above and beyond to help me sell my home. They were experts in dealing with the buy side agent, negotiating to a price that I felt was fair, and to explaining all the nuances of the documents that I had to sign. I never got the sense they were optimizing for themselves, but instead, trying to do what's best for me. It's hard to describe how nice it is working with people who you know are good people. I'll use them for all my other transactions going forward.

Michael Sorenson is a great agent to work with. His professionalism and knowledge about real estate process is unsurpassed. Besides being an extremely competent agent he also has extensive knowledge about the loan process as he was a loan officer prior to his career in real estate. His ethics and integrity are top notch, he puts his clients first every time. Sean did such a great job with our home listing and purchase of our new home. We actually found him from word of mouth referral. It was such a great switch to work with him, unknowingly a local to where we wanted to live, and be able to move so quickly on everything. We really don't think we would've been able to get our new home without him knowing the area/neighbors and even sell our house over asking. Very very happy with how it all turned out. Will definitely be referring him to others.

Sean was extremely help and supportive from the first second. He always respected our decisions and never felt rushed or pushed into anything. He was able to quickly understand our intensions and qualities that we were looking for. He was able to get answers for us before we even asked the questions because he understood our needs and wants. His local knowledge and connections where unbeatable. That alone was priceless and made the entire home buying process that much more comfortable. The way we experienced Sean doing negations and talking us through strategies was well beyond expectations. One of those areas you don't know about until you experience it first hand. At the end of the day we have always said we could have not done this without him.

Nice place to stay. Quiet and near everything you need. You can walk to stores and restaurants. I'd definitely stay there again.
