💡 Tip: Always ask vendors for the “total out-the-door price with all fees and taxes” before you commit, especially in Washington where credit card fees are legal but must be disclosed. Remember to ask about a tire disposal fee also. So to sum it up: ask 1) price of tire, 2) mounting fee 3) disposal fee 4) credit card fee 5) any other miscellaneous fees and 6) final total out-the-door price

Very kind staff didn't even charge me to remove a chunk of plastic that was wedged in between my tire and wheel definitely would go back

Can't say enough good things about Dylan and his crew. They always have an awesome attitude, and I haven't had a single alignment issue or needed to bring a vehicle back.
Prices are great, and the turnaround time is fantastic. Dylan goes above and beyond, even tackling requests that are a bit out of the ordinary—like adjustable control arms on off-road rigs, which is tough to find.

Dylan is phenomenal. I'm diligent about the tires and brakes on my car. I was going over 70,000 miles on the original pads and was listening for the tab squeal signaling the need to replace the pads. It never came. One morning, on the way to work the pads suddenly started to grind. I stopped in and asked Dylan if he'd be able to check out the car. He fit me in on that day and then told me what needed to be replaced. He only replaced what was necessary and was able to fit me in on the next day schedule and had it done on time with an itemized bill listing exactly what was done. It's getting harder to find a mechanic that does exactly what needs to be done and when they said it would be done. This man is true to his word and highly recommended.

Firstly believe my experience is an abnormal one as they're always packed and have been in town for quite awhile now. Would gladly recommend this business to others. Last fall brought my truck in to have all the tire valve stems replaced, asking for metal stems to be used as a rubber and metal one failed on me on drivers side front. They didn't install all metal valve stems at the time yet I let it go thinking they knew better. Less than six months later the same tire valve stem needed to be replaced as experienced another catastrophic failure, thankfully truck was parked. Maybe I just have bad luck with valve stems. Brought tire back and they replaced with a true metal one, for an additional cost, the normal cost.I would've expected, and admired them, if they realized it was a premature failure and at least offered a discount, no such luck. While they are a small local business, which I support, not sure if will be coming back though do recommendthem for others.
