“I had an issue with my driver's front wheel making a grinding noise, so I figured id baby it over to a close shop. I was expecting a wheel bearing or stuck caliper or something. Doug took a look at it for me very timely and got an answer within an hour. Turns out it was a stick that kicked up and got lodged. I went to pick it up expecting to pay an examination fee. He didn't charge me a dime we had a good laugh about it and I was on my way. Amazing service, I will be returning in the future for my car issues, and recommending Bells to people I know.”

“Decent parts for a fair price, very good service. I had a weak starter motor, it would barley turn through engine fast enough to start. They sold me a permanent magnet starter with a gear reduction and now the engine turns over like a sewing machine. It turns the motor at least 4 times faster than the old starter, very happy with the new starter. Then I had a heat shield I couldn't remove from the old starter because they used reverse torque bolts and a employee grabed some tools off the shelf, removed my heat shield for free and sold me the sockets needed to reinstall that heat sheild.”

“First time to visit this location, as I only use O'Reilly Auto Parts, when I'm not using original factory parts for my vehicles. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Just disappointing to test a few electrical parts that 'passed' on their system, to only find out it was still having a problem. So ended up buying a new starter. Should have been a good discount as it was the starter.”
